It depends how much one can afford. Work out and allocate your monthly budget for advertising. My suggestion is:
1. Allocate enough budget to Maintain your TL status at SFI. ( Approx. $20 to $30 )
2. Retaining TL status will give you valuable marketing/advertising tools & links.
3. Use your links with Tracking codes, advertise on different free/paid advertising sites and then stick to one producing better results. ( You can start with $10 ).
4. If you can design/maintain your own website, go for it. SFI is offering excellent VeryVIP Packages ranging from $14.95 to $39.95 per month. Go for one you can afford. You will get much better results maintaining and advertising at your own website.

As a whole, you can start with $40. Pouring more sugar will give you more sweetness. Increase your advertising budget as you start earning and getting better results and experience.

Thank you for asking such a good question. The answer is basically fundamental. Businesses have expenses and they exist to make a profit. Keep your costs low, maximize your sales, and profits will be strong. Therefore, spend less than you earn fundamentally speaking.

However, business is a risk taking venture for profits. Any savvy business person, must calculate some risk in exchange for greater rewards. Business is not a something for nothing venture and neither is SFI. As entrepreneurs, SFI affiliates must educate themselves on the most effective ways to control costs just like in any other business venture. Therefore, spending should reasonably be based upon the anticipated return on the investment. As far as how much spending, each SFI affiliate must decide this based on the short term goals they set for their SFI business. If you just want to recruit a few affiliates per month, you can do this with FREE advertising. If you want to recruit hundreds then it's going to take some form of direct response advertising. NEVER invest money that you can't afford to lose. All investment is at risk! May the buyer be aware.

In conclusion the best guide for any business to follow when trying to curb spending and maximize profits is a budget. I would leave home without it! You are the CEO of your SFI business. Set a budget that maintains your EA status and promotes the growth of your sales network. This will be varying amounts for each affiliate because we have different teams. My team includes many EA2s but another affiliate's team may not. So I earn TL qualification points from my EA2s which allows me to adjust my SO so that I only need so many versa points from sales/purchases. However, another affiliate without TL qualification points needs more versa points from sales/purchases. In the end, it doesn't matter as long as you qualify. Right now, I'm not changing my SO but as I gain even more EA2s, the time may come when I don't need it for TL qualification. This is the power that a budget affords you. Spend according to your budget.

Be sure to watch / look to see if they also will host your domain name, which is the name of your website basically. When deciding to invest in your SFI business, remember this is a long term investment and will not yield massive returns instantly. Basically its an investment in your future wealth.

I start with a small investment with a paid advertiser, say $20-$30, and then evaluate the results. Am I getting signups, are they quality signups who want to build a business or just people looking for a get-rich-quick scheme. If the advertiser is providing good results I would then continue to advertise with them until the number or quality of signups drops. Then I would move onto the next advertiser, testing results and then investing accordingly. No-one can really tell you how much to invest as everyone's budget and circumstances are different.

Just test small, evaluate results and then ramp it up if you are getting good results and can afford it.

How would someone be blessed if you don't want to give and share. "THE KEY OF BLESSING IS GIVING" In this business, it is not always free all the time, at first you can advertise in a free website but you cannot guarantee for it is only temporary. Advertising will only depends on how much you can afford, I suggest to contact your up lines for we have so many advertising coops, and we can share the advertising cost and if ever we could generate signups , it will be divided accordingly. so why not make it a try. If you got you're own website or blog.Then thats all you just need to pay for you're website.Then you can post multiple ads on you're website which wont cost you anything cause thats you're website or blog.If you dont have a blog or website.You can purchase a domain and set up you're website.If you want a free one you can do so too,try going to wordpress.com or blogger.com.You can create you're own blog but the domain will be in there name like a sample of this http://www.youreDomain.wordpress.com.

You should only spend on what your budget allows you to. There are very inexpensive ways to advertise your SFI business. I spend on an average 50 dollars a month, which
is just right for my budget. Radio SFI is also a good and inexpensive way to advertise
with great results.
