You must let him know that we all felt disappointed when we saw our first commission, including those making heavy commissions currently. The only way he would have made much in commissions the first month was if he generated heavy TC sales or had referred ECAs who made great sales.

SFI isn't a one hit business and was never designed to be so. It's a real business and like every real business, it takes time to grows. This is because you'll have to take time to learn the principles governing

Very good question Irene!
My answer would be something like this...
Dear Name, let me first tell you that I understand very well your feeling (empathy).
I've been there myself and still keep going there from time to time (not alone).
But, there is a CERTITUDE within myself that I am very well on my way to achieving my dream (reassurance)!
Building a business is not an easy task. It takes time and determination...
And, is sometimes very much frustrating to look at our

You must tell him that all of us felt disappointed including those making heavy commissions now, when we saw our first commission.
Building a business is not an easy task. It takes time and determination. SFI is a network marketing (multi-level) business and all such businesses take time to grow. You need to be persistent, focused & remain committed to your business. It takes some time to understand the different aspects of the business and takes some more time to build it up.

I will explain to the affiliate that SFI has six different compensation plans namely: Direct commission, TripleClicks Executive Pool shares, Co-Sponsor commission, T-Credit bonus, ECA referral royalties and pay per action bounty. With this awareness, he will realize that despite his hard work, he needs to put in more effort to be able to take advantage of all the opportunities at his disposal.

I’ll go further to tell him what he can do to achieve consistent growth in his monthly commission;

Business setting up require lot of hard labor .The key to success is long vision . likewise in SFI which is like any other Long term Business. We need to train ourselves first for our best results and then put that training in action and only after that we should think about Commissions. Recall the words - Do Karma and the Fruit will come by itself.
Remember : ZIZO and MIMO. Zero Input – Zilch Output and Maximum Input- Maximum Output..

I would simply explain that higher commisions just don´t come over night. Every commision is a plus and that should give them more of an incentive to work harder
the following month. They should also take an honest inventory and ask themselves
if they have utilize every option that SFI suggests to make more income.

Tell them that their first commission is only from the VP's they have accumulated. Tell them that this commission is their basis to estimate how many active affiliates they need to gain more in SFI. Everyone at SFI starts with a very low commission, say $1.00, but if they duplicate themselves and gain Team Leader Status, they can multiply this small commission to a lot more. Sit and talk with them and tell them that if they want to gain more, they have to work more, this is a business and hard-work

I would express how excited that they made a commission at all the first month. There is so much learning that has to be done to achieve maximum results. Keep on going, there is a rainbow out there and you must not give up now! You have already put in so much time and effort. Maybe they need to reevaluate their calendar and use different methods than that of the last month. Plan your success and work you plan!

Remember in every business you start somewhere and work hard to get to the top. Being your OWN business this is even more true. Having received any commission at all in the first month is an accomplishment, considering you have just started, and keep doing what you are doing with the passion and commitment of a business owner and watch your business grow.

I am always here for questions and to help you build your own sale business at your own speed.
