The best way to get the attention of your Sponsor/Team Leader is to become active on SFI and begin to excel on your business. It's true that your sponsor should help and guide you, and answer all your questions and concerns, but this is not always the case. Your sponsor could be busy and has little time each day to devote to SFI. He/She may have so many PSAs that it is impossible to give adequate attention to all of them. But by being active and making headway on you business, you'll certainly draw

It is your activities, which should force your Sponsor or Team Leader to be attentive to you.

To grab the attention of your Sponsor or Team Leader, you must communicate to them, respond to all their mails positively and also submit your sponsor ratings.

You must ask for their support whenever needed. You must make them feel that, you are the team member your Sponsor or Team Leader was looking for.

Send them Team Mails and Emails each week introducing yourself and telling them you are serious about making money with SFI and will do what ever it takes to become successful.

Make sure you send them individually. Meaning don't send them all at once to your uplines/sponsor and co-sponsor so they don't expect others to reply. Include their first name in the address to they will know you are communicating directly with them.

If none responds after 4 tries then use the SFI forum,

Take action. If you are having difficulty getting your sponsor or upline to respond to your attempts at contacting them - something is wrong. Understandably many sponsors have many PSAs and it could be difficult for them to respond in 24 hours - but should do so by 48 hours regardless. When trying to contact them - send individual or personalized e-mails - not group emails to your sponsor, co-sponsor or anyone else in your upline. Hopefully your email address is whitelisted with them. You can use

To grab the attention of Sponsor/Team leader, you must do one thing and that is Communication. You must communicate to them, respond to all their team mails positively and also submit sponsor ratings.
Next is you must ask for their support whenever needed and ensure them you will develop the business once you are trained. You must make them feel you are the candidate he/she was looking for.

To get the attention of your sponsor, you must have to be different. For that the most important thing is RESPONDING. You must respond to your sponsor well. You can do it by responding their team mails, sending them your commitment message that you are ready to get trained and develop the business. You must also respond to the Stream Posts of the sponsor and also ask for any help needed.
Doing this activities highlights you from the inactive affiliates and make your sponsor respond you well

From your progress and achievements, Sponsor is the main affiliate who will be benefited more and then is the Co-Sponsor. You are lucky if you get them active and responding you. But if not still you can be supported by other upline affiliates, Forum, Ask SC, a2a friends and SFI Support. So, don't stop, be progressive and treat SFI like your real business. Still to get your Sponsor/TeamLeaders to respond you, keep trying:
1. Email them regularly each week, showing them your interest in SFI,

To get my Sponsor/Team Leaders to respond to me, I have been in touch since day one. I let them know I am very serious about my business, and sometimes need a little guidance. It is important to keep the lines of communication open, both to your downline and upline!

It is very easy for a busy person to get into SFI and even buy a share of S builders and begin to sponsor affiliates without having read any of the training materials. Or an excited person can get in and tell all his friends what little he knows about it and enroll many new affiliates without having read any of the training materials.

OH NO! What does he do then? He's a sponsor with no answers so he does not answer any communications. He might get excited and read and learn and then communicate.
