Deciding who to re-assign affiliates to should be simple, ANY affiliate who is showing interest in reading and doing the work, if you have an affiliate that is logging in daily, getting their versapoints, asking questions or showing any interest at all, a PSA re-assignment from their sponsor could be a very good boost for them!

Re-assigning a good affiliate (by good I mean someone who has logged in and at least completed the basic requirements) to a PSA who has been EA can be fabulous as the one with EA status will be boosted up and would be happy to have a PSA under him.

Re-assigning a better one(by better I mean someone who has been active, scoring VPs and also communicated to you) to the PSA with EA2 or BTL can be great as they can use their past experiences to take the reassigned affiliate to the desired

The reassignment tool is your greatest asset to produce duplication through 7 generations. The reason is simple - you have trained these individuals to be the best of the best and they have followed your suggestions to create synergy in your organization. So as active recruiters they will grow your genealogy no matter what level they are on. Being an active recruiter your self you will have many top gun affiliates. Make your selection by the numbers. Pick the top 5, 10, 20 or whatever your goal

PSA's responsive to your emails and showing prgress building their SFI business, deserve to get re-assignments. Just appreciate them and tell them they will receive more re-assignment as reward for their progress. And tell them benefits having more and more PSA's.

If you find any PSA really working hard and trying to grow with SFI, then you have to reassign affiliates to those PSAs.

These PSAs will grow their network as well our network.

You have to congrats the PSA for his good work and inform him that you have gifted him one of your affiliate, so that he can work with that reassigned affiliate to support them.

Also you can tell him that if he do a good job, you can gift him few more affiliates.

I simply assign people who are showing progress but are a little slow. What I say is "Here is an new affiliate for you. Be sure to reach out to them. Hope this helps you get ahead. Your welcome!" and I always sign my messages.

Keep your top three to five affiliates That are working hard for you then pick one that is active,and simple write to your affiliate That they earned a PSA from you for all the good work they are doing make it sound like they are getting a reward.

The best way to decide which affiliate receives reassigned affiliates are the ones who are active on a consistent daily basis.I would explain to them the reason why they are recieving these affiliates is because of their hard work and progress.It´s also a great way to keep them motivated.

The best way to decide which PSA to reassign is determine one that might not be responding to your emails and attempts to assist them in building their business and then reassign them to a PSA that shows signs of working hard at the business and is in contact with you via email or phone. Let this PSA have a crack at waking up the non-responsive rep to the benefits of working and developing the SFI Business. Sell the sizzle and let the receiving PSA know that he is getting this new PSA because of

If you do decide to reassign an affiliate to a PSA then make sure it is an active one. Otherwise, especially if the PSA is new and struggling with finding active sponsors, they will feel like they are just being used to clear out your rubbish and this could have the opposite effect to the one you are trying to achieve.

Also do contact them so they know why you are doing it.

Always encourage and motivate with your actions.
