Recognizing the achievements of your PSAs is important. How do you recognize YOUR PSAs/downline?

I contact them directly to congratulate/encourage them. I also congratulate them publicly on the Stream tab when they achieve something. This also encourages the rest of the team as they can see achievements happening.
How do I decide which PSAs I should reassign affiliates to and what should I tell the PSAs who receives the reassignments?

If you do decide to reassign an affiliate to a PSA then make sure it is an active one. Otherwise, especially if the PSA is new and struggling with finding active sponsors, they will feel like they are just being used to clear out your rubbish and this could have the opposite effect to the one you are trying to achieve.
Also do contact them so they know why you are doing it.
Always encourage and motivate with your actions.
