I'm not sure what I send out is a tutorial. In my welcome letter, I tell them how to begin and that I am there to answer questions.

As they progress or don't progress, I send them personal letters to encourage them and to guide them in their training. I look at their VP Ledger and see what they have done and how long ago.

I ask if they have slowed down because they found a better way to make money. Then I give them a short how to on the ECA program and use my ECA page in my

I start off by first sending them a welcome letter and a brief description of who I am and what it is I´ll be doing for them. A short introduction of SFI and then start with topics like, the daily tasks, launch pad ,versa points and that they will receive a invite for the team training per email.

Actually, there is no need to provide training for anyone, since SFI already does that so well.

I just make sure to let them know they can contact me any time they have a question or need help, but I also send them links to the forum and support line for any question I can't answer.

I send several short tutorials the first week. I use how they are doing as a guide for when to send the tutorials. Some I send daily, and others I might only do every other day, or not at all. Sending tutorials depends on how the person is progressing. Every message I send the first week is about them and how they will succeed.

Tutorial 1 is about logging in, what versa points are, when commissions are paid and the value of doing the basics daily, especially completing the fast start.

In tutorial/training,

Tell them about what is SFI, what is your role and how it is working. When you train newbies, feed them with milk like babies and if they mature they need solid foods. So at first you have to let them understand the SFI basics, read and learn step by step. so they will not be confused.

It is best to stick with the basics. Explain them in clear everyday language so that a newbie can understand how they can get the most out of SFI.
