The SFI Gateways are adequate, but to optimize its use one needs a personal website. Do you know that some people that you give your gateway, might just remove the ID and visit directly without being referred by you, but with your personalized website, you ensure that such isn't obtainable. Sometimes some links of SFI are banned from social networking sites like facebook, so instead of using SFI's gateways you can use your website as a gateway to your links. ^_^.
