If you are a novice to internet marketing and advertising with little or no money to invest.... you will want to consistently navigate Forums, Discussion Groups, Blogs, Classified sites, Traffic exchanges, and newsgroups along with anything else remotely related to making income online, employment, jobs... etc. Just post messages and interact with others looking to earn income online. Everywhere you go... make sure you post your sfi website or gateway link in all of communications.

The best and easiest way to do this is to add your sfi website link to your Forum "signature file" in your profile when your signup. Then you can post a message more detailed about how good it is... Some forums are really strict on posting links and call it spam. Far more are flexible on this than aren't. There are literally tens of millions of people worldwide looking to make money online out of their homes.

Again some Websites that allow comments and postings whose rules are strict on this usually require you to enter a code to insure you are a real person and not some kind of automatic software program submitter. On some of these, It's best to just talk briefly with others about marketing and growing an online income and then you will get inquiries and signups just from those discussions. They will click on your SFI link posted in your message your signature file similar to how you can do in your email acct.

If you want to advertise your business locally, anywhere that will allow you to post your flyers up, shopping malls, stores, the dollar stores have little billboards for advertising, and best of all WORD OF MOUTH, tell your family and friends about the SFI opportunity.

If we're talking about internet marketing, i always stress to my affiliates to research the advertising sites before you place your ads, you don't want to place your ad on a site that already has 100's of SFI affiliates on it, this reduces your chances of getting sign ups, look around, if there are already affiliates on there skip it, go to the next, find new sites, when people see the same pages always popping up they tend to skip them and move onto the next.

Best place to market product is start in your warm market close to home. The majority of my sales are within a hour of where I live.

For affiliates I recommend your local market and a signature line on your email so any contacts will get the information.

When you get a few affiliates, teach then to do the same, and you will be surprised with those simple steps how far your circle will grow.

I would say Everywhere.

But you can't be everywhere all in one shot.

So concentrate on the simplest ways to advertise first, whether its to run classified ads, surf traffic exchanges, or earn solo ads.

From that you will learn how others advertise, and get familiar with ads in general.

Everywhere can also mean right where you are, on the bus, in the park, filling your gas tank at a service station, standing in line at the bank.

Everywhere, is where you are at the time.

Work in a bit of advertising, while your twiddling your thumbs standing in line at a checkout.

Turn to the person behind you, or in front if its a long line, and just ask them if they would like to explore a new method of selling personal items, or if they shop online, would they consider another store. (Got your cards handy?)

I leave cards at gas station cardlocks. Don't have to talk to anyone there, cards are always gone. That means someone saw them, took one, or someone threw them out. Either way, they were seen.

Advertise anywhere, everywhere you can think of. Effective advertising, is sometimes your own creative way of working it into your day.

There are so many ways, so many places, in fact there are so many ways and places, that its truly hard to say which would work for you.

I'm sure if you sit down and think of where you go everyday, and prepare yourself, beforehand, so your ready when the opp presents itself, without doing to much different in your daily routine, you will be surprised at how well you can work it in.

This depends on what you are marketing. If you are soliciting ECA's on for Triple Clicks, talking to family and friends is a great way to generate sign ups. Everyone knows home party distributors that could afford to sell additional products. This is an under-tapped market for Triple Clicks!

For recruiting, I personally feel that online recruiting on job and opportunity boards is an excellent way to reach the masses. Paid job boards produce the best results by far. Depending on your budget, you may want to coop with others in the venture. I have run some highly successful online campaigns that generates hundreds of leads.

If you're on a super tight budget don't forget free advertising sights on the web. Also, setting up a simple auto responder on your email account or adding a line to your signature promoting SFI is totally free and spreads the message without having to work at it!

The best place to market SFI is every place you go both physically and virtually.

Physically try to always have a few X-cards and flyers with you. Leave them in every place you go. Post flyers on hydro polls, leave X-cards on every table you pass.

Virtually you should always keep SFI in mind. Obviously you are not going to be working on this business every moment you spend surfing the internet but you never know when you are going to stumble on the perfect market. I am not going to get into the obvious locations (classifieds, message boards and the lot) because those are listed all over the place on this site. What is not listed are your favorite sites. The recipe website you go to every night before you decide what is for dinner may be the perfect place to advertise. Many websites will have an "advertise with us" button at the bottom of the page. Those links could be your new best friend.

The best place: everywhere you can!

Do a search online for different terms, like "free ad exchanges", "free advertising exchanges", "free text ads", "free safelists", etc. Then try the same searches without "free".

Create a spreadsheet where you can track your ads. For each site you find from one of the above searches, enter a line in your spreadsheet with the URL.

When you sign up for each of these (most require some kind of sign up) enter the user ID and password you're using for that site in the spreadsheet.

Now you have a handy place to keep all this organized. And where you can record your tracking codes to keep them organized. You can group the list into categories (text ad exchanges, traffic echanges, safelists, etc.) to make it easier to find what you need.

As you're advertising on a site, check the ads for other traffic sources on the site. Don't fall into the trap of chasing ads forever, but just make note of the URL in your spreadsheet and then get back to the task that took you to the site.

And don't forget offline advertising!
Coffee shops, grocery stores, bookstores, and similar small businesses often have a bulletin board. Hang a flyer. Put an SFI card on the cars in a parking lot at a flea market or bargain fair.

Try each type of advertising at least three times.

And don't stop trying new stuff, no matter how wierd it seems. You'll get new ideas as you work on the obvious ones. Remember, a minimum of 3 to 5 new ads a day, everyday.
