Great question. Cyber attacks generally only happen on BIG sites with high data and money flow. SFI was targeted because it is a BIG business. This should be reassuring if nothing else. Carson Services will go out of their way to protect this and it serves them to make sure that every failsafe is in place.
I had a few team members go inactive after the attacks which is HUGELY frustrating I know but I also know that SFI is 100 times safer than it was a few weeks ago because Carson services simply cant let this happen again. We are on a safer SFI than we were before and that is a positive.
People working from home STILL have a better chance of success with SFI than any other business and now its more secure!

Each of us has our own approach to reassuring or comforting our friends and loved ones. I believe that the methods that you use in your personal relationships are the one to use in SFI. Why? Because it is you, you are who they are turning to! You are the one they respect and trust.
Therefore you have to be true to yourself in your approach.
On to the nuts and bolts... Acknowledge the actual problems, acknowledge the truth behind their fears. State what has been done to ensure their safety and trust. Let each associate know that SFI has not stopped learning about the threats and refining the response. Be open and available in a positive way.

Good question, the best way to be re-assuring to your down line
is to ask them to go reset their pass words using character's /@' 29 bB etc. make it a strong 10 character's long also tell them this will pass this can happen to anyone at any time the better you protect yourself from this happening to you the less you have to worry.
that SFI is beefing up the security so we are all safe but they have to do their part in making a strong pass word,after all this hole cyber attack happened, after someone kept typing in an easy to remember P/W. and tell your down line actually logging out of their accounts for extra protection in case they close the browser with out logging out first does not mean they will be logged out so this can help to. Be sure they have a strong anti virus like ( Microsoft security essentials ) I use and is free
its better then norton because you can delete the virus Norton you can't to make sure they run this Microsoft security essentials after downloading do a full system scan, then from their once a week quick scan then once a month a full scan. I have asked them to
make sure they have their computer set to receive automatic up-dates as well

If your downlines are serious about their SFI business, they really do not need any re-assurance from you. They themselves will find out what went wrong and what SFI Management is doing to solve the problem. They need to read and understand all the announcements and instructions which are promptly provided by SFI.
But if you still feel the need to re-assure them, you can tell them that this kind of happenings is normal even with other businesses, especially if the business is being envied by their competitors because of its successes. SFI is successful that’s why many are interested to see it collapse. But SFI has got a strong backbone so we need not worry.

For me, the answer is very simple.
You can't reassure them, but to provide them with the informations about SFI and how strong and how long withstand attacks of all kind.
And of course, just remind them that in real business, in stores, and shops, and banks,
you also have a robbers, but with guns. So, in my opinion, its sad but true,
where ever the money is, you will find people who want to take it from others,
and not to work for earn it.

You can download the list of contacts from your genealogy.
Unfortunately, I noticed that only those who are really interested in the activity challenges remained active, many have decided to remain inactive and give up taking it as an excuse not being able to reconnect.
Also I was using a msn account, but I replaced it with a google one at the first signs of error and I have not had any problems.
I hope that SFI can solve the problem because many e-cards not arrive at their destination.

This is not a hard question to answer. Think about our world nowadays, is there anything absolutely safe? We give information about ourselves on the internet, to the Bank, to our health insurance company, we can get plundered by every payment with our credit card.....
When we post on Facebook everyone can see where you are at the moment, it is impossible to be absolutely safe. Hackers are always a step further so every company has to improve their security measures all the time, that is what SFI has done recently.
