How do you get your line to where the fish are with a tight budget?
How much money you have to spend on your marketing campaign will greatly affect the marketing strategies you choose.
I advise you not to depend on free advertising and promotion strategies for your SFI business. This is not to say that all free marketing strategies are bad. But there is always a cost to marketing, even if the cost is only time, and your time may be much better spent. Always think first; is this the best/ most effective/ most convincing way to reach my affiliate prospects/customers? These ways usually cost money so resign yourself to spending money on your marketing campaign. You don't necessarily have to spend a lot, but you do need to spend some.
In a way, small amount is better than none, because it means you're directing your SFI business rather than just casting blindly here and there.

Wow that would really be tough for most people to do on a modest buget, and I really wonder if it would be wise to do that because it might be tough to help so many people at one time. Now granted all 100 per day won't ask for help, or even become active, but if you did that day after day and couldn't respond to as many that might send you a question, you really aren't being effective.
Now if you do have time to help many, because you have already made this your main job, that would be OK. However if you are just starting out and have another fulltime job, then plan on building your business so you can do it effectively.

The main thing to concentrate in really is quality, better than quantity. Although, it's true that with a good amount of PSAs is easier to find a few good working ones.
With a modest budget, I've found that building a personal website focused on SFI and positionning it well, or promoting with google adwords, adsense, facebook... makes a good starting point.
In the other hand, it's easier to find good PSAs from our relatives, friends, and people who we can to speak face to face. It's better an active PSA found in that way that 100 non responsive PSAs from promotional campaigns at internet.

You can post your link/Gateway on many sites and many times a day, also send emails to people whom you known recently and post ads written by you in locations where you are allowed to do this. This is something which you can do for free. If you add a small budget you can purchase a pack of 15...25 affiliates in one day, also a pack of 100...500 SFI visiting cards to distribute 10...20 everywhere daily for a period of time etc
However, the numebr counts less than having a few (preferably 5) ACTIVE PSAs

There is no big science here all you need is time to advertise as much as posible on facebook, pinters, tweeter, google and all the others social networks.
you can post ads on some paid ad portals, in that case its beter to pay some extra and be on some wery good ad than on some cheap that no one reads.
And its allways good to do some flayers and put them on some public place , this is wery good method if you are in some big city. Or you can post amail with your flayers to some frends and relatives in other cities so they can print it and put them on public places in their cities.

Before i answer the question ,i want to offer an advice that it is better to have 5 active affiliate members than 100 inactive members. Quality rather than quantity should be emphasized.
Having said that, there are a lot of ways to enrol 100+ psas a day
1) Buy 2-3 s-Builder co-op unit to give you guaranteed sign ups
2) Advertise massively online using free ad sites and traffic exchange site.
3) Recruit offline using warm marketing, friends,colleagues, family members and neighbors.
4) Buy Tcredits and bid wisely for 50-100 psas, if your limited budget would allow you.
5) Advertise your gateways in various social media sites like tweeter, Facebook, pinterest etc.

You don't think I know the answer? I know the answer.... ok well the quickest way is to buy them. That's easy and quick. The next way is to do ALOT of paid advertising. You will probably spend as much as the first way. I guess you could hire a head hunter agency that look for good people for your business.
I know you think I am making a joke, maybe I am because I think this question is a little grandiose. Please let me explain before you hit the bad button.
I find that the people that sign up 100s of people a day are those who already have 100s in their down line, They have matured in the SFI business to a point they can handle this influx of people. I am BTL but if I get more then 20 a month in my team I go into a frenzy and I don't do a good job with my people. To service 100s of people you would have to use a conveyer belt type of technique and really you need to show each and every one that they are important to you. Not treat them like they are in the unemployment line with the "next" approach.
When first starting out you need to learn the system to keep people in you group or you will have an up side down funnel. Just love the dickens out of then and it will be all right.

If you want you can also go to different places like restaurants, parks, offices to tell your good news. You can also organize a seminar to your community to tell something about SFI. Well for anyone to start to build 100+ PSA's every day on a modest budget will be as follow:
You will need to be not only determined and focus consistently on doing all you can to post more ads daily and track it so that you focus on what works and cut out those that don't.
You will also have to stay committed to a fixed amount every month for say a year and start with a daily plan like post 5 ads per day as well as start a small paid advertising or bid for PSAs on the price benders from time to time the main thing is you gotta be very committed to it
