What are the benefits of using the new AFFILIATE E-Cards...and what are some good ways to use them with my team?

To answer your question I have decided that the best answer I can give you is to share the response I got from one of my down line to an E=Card I sent this morning.

I think that from this response,it is easy to see the benefits of affiliate E-cards.I would also like to add that this response was the quickest I have ever gotten from any of my communications to my down line, I got it with then minutes of sending the card.
This was the first time I have used the E-Cards, but I will definitely be using them again, a lot.

E-Cards brings lots of easy actions we can make to greet our PSAs and CSAs of their recognizable deeds inside SFI. Such simple act of greetings can make a huge difference in their actions. Remember, humans' weaknesses include recognition of deeds by appreciation. So a small combination of positive words from your end may turn those inactive affiliates to wake-up and become a jewels of your SFI business.

Affiliate E-Cards are conceptualized by SFI to encourage Affiliates to be more productive. There are many attractive designs to choose from depending on the type of card you would like to send. These cards are free and can be used to welcome or recognize Affiliates for a job well done, etc. I sent E-Cards to my MOVERS every week and to those who are not so active or behind in their points to remind them that we are here to assist or help them in their desire to have financial freedom.

My thought ofE-Cards is,think of them like postcards,when you go on holidays,your Family/Friends love to get postcards from your destinations
Well same as E-Cards,when a Affiliate either has good news or is feeling a bit lost,you send them a SPECIAL E-Card,tofit the occasion,and I believe it would give them a boost of confidence
You have a few different E-Cards depending on the occasion.
The advantage is to send an e-card to your downline, fun and colorful and catches the attention immediately, instead of the usual anonymous e-mails and monotonous! In the work must also have fun and smile. You can send a simple greeting, help, encouragement and advice, all that seems most suitable at that time.
In some cases only: "Well done, you're doing your job well!" can be very rewarding!
Greetings. New E-cards are really handy tool to keep our team members could congratulate the conquered status, to remind them of something, congratulate them birthday and thus show them how to keep track of their work and that we care about them. I believe that will cheer them up birthday card, because it will know that not only the means of your income than you are and your friends and associates, and to think of them ...

E-cards are more personal than plain text.Also they fit the occasion.My favorites are welcoming a new affiliate and congratulating them on a promotion to anything on the scroll down list.
Keep in mind that only so many words can fit into the messages.If you do not see your message below the card as you type,delete some of the words.

Simply you can use them every day, E-card should be new form of communication on easy way with your team. They make your business easier and more fun.

I really can't get over the introduction of these beautiful E-Cards. It has certainly made a lot of things easier. You have an E-Card for each occasion. E-Cards don't replace your letters though, But they sure come in handy when you want to congratulate your downlines, or you want to welcome a new one etc.
Take advantage of them, they are for all seasons.
An e-card is for sure more convenient and more advantageous than a hard-copy card. It can be sent away by email and it can be also printed if there is a need for this. It is cheaper and easier to be spread out than a hard-copy card. It offers a larger area of spreading, and, consequently, more potential ACTIVE PSAs. It can be obtained in more versions in accordance with the intended destination or personal taste.
