Sometimes I think messages to our downlines sound heavy handed. These folks are our colleagues, not our employees, so treating them with a light hand and even a little humor is important. The Affiliate E-Cards are a great resource to help us with that goal.

The E-Cards are fun and eye-catching, they demand attention in a light-hearted sort of way. Sending a tip, for instance, is less intimidating to a team member when it is delivered by a man with half a head! Congratulations seem more heart-felt when they include a banner or billboard with the recipient's face embedded in it. Also, those folks who haven't been on the site for a while will sit up and take notice when "cartoon you" begs them not to go! (What all have they missed!!??!?)
Birthday wishes, SFI Anniversary notes, and other events marked by a special card shows your team members that you care about them - not just the money they make you.

I guess that's the MOST important asset of the E-Cards, they make your relationships here at SFI more personal. When you are dealing with people primarily through words on the internet, the personal touch can be easily lost. E-Cards help us keep our communications friendly without losing our professionalism.

Affiliate E-cards are very easy to use. In a click, you can relay the message that you want to express with an add on personal message as well. They are very catchy, cool and innovative. E-cards rock!

You can use E-cards in various ways:

1. Welcome - new PSA and CSA assigned will feel the warmth and sense of belonging.

2. Congratulation E-cards will give affirmations and boost the interest and motivation of the affiliate.

3. Support - this allows the affiliate to feel that there is someone whom they could rely on for assistance and guidance

4. For inactive affiliates, sending E-cards can bring back enthusiasm and interest on SFI and Tripleclicks

5. Tips can be shared to the affiliate with E-cards. It can be a personalized one or with link attachments. Sometimes links become questionable to receivers, but if there is an E-card that presents that the links provided are tips for the reader, it becomes user friendly and interesting. Then the reader becomes aware of what is on that link.

I hope this helps as the e-cards have been very useful to me and have been using it since it has started.

A cool way to welcome, to affirm, to appreciate, to congratulate and to bring back the interests of not so active affiliates.

2. Recognizing the efforts of your affiliates who made it to E365 finals, qualifying as Fast-Track Members, winning the Daily Grand, birthdays and SFI anniversaries and by sending them “Keep up the great work!”. By sending them personalized E-Cards you're contirbuting towards the development of close relationship within the team.

There are various benefits from using the AFFILIATES E-CARDS.

SFI has made it so easy and fun-like for us to share some light moments with our team. They always say that ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKES JACK A DULL BOY. We are all accustomed to getting weekly emails from our UPLINE and sending our weekly emails to our downline, urging and encouraging us to do this and do that. Most times the emails are on a serious note, but with the E-CARDS, you can see the light side of things, making you want to laugh at times because of the various graphics, but at the same time, making you want to step it up to do more than before.

To me, the cards are like when you receive a special birthday or anniversary card from someone, you feel happy, and it makes you feel like you can take on the whole world.
With the E-CARDS, getting one from your UPLINE is saying to you that he/she is concerned about you, they want you to progress, and is encouraging you to move up the ladder of success.

To use them with my team, I will use them to congratulate my downline when they achieve something, on their birthday anniversary, giving them a tip to reach a set target, saying THANK YOU when it matters, and giving them encouragement to keep focusing on their goals, among other things.

I must say also that we need to lift up our upline as well, by sending them a card, if its just to say thanks for the encouragement they give to us.

Frankly speaking, I think that the E-CARDS are a great asset and tool for the success of all affiliates, who wants to share their knowledge and support of each other.

New Affiliate e-cards are awesome and I simply love them. I thank SFI for providing us with such a great tool. These cards can be used for various reason and occasions:

• As a quick ‘welcome’ message to all new PSAs and CSAs, before you actually send them your regular ‘welcome’ mail.
• Send greetings for birthdays.
• Congratulate members when they win an any contest, or when your PSAs or CSAs achieve ‘fast tract’ badge.
• Give quick tips to ‘downlines’ to proceed in the right direction in their SFI business.
• Send motivational messages to PSAs and CSAs.
• Thank you cards to uplines and downlines and others too.

Overall, e-cards had made our business much easier.

The main benefit of the new Affiliate E-Cards is that they provide one more avenue for communication with our team members and they are visually appealing and can add an element of fun to the process.

Not only that, but they are VERY easy to use! Just click on the Affiliate Snapshot for the person you want to communicate with and click the drop down menu that says "Send an E-Card" to choose the category of card you want to send.

Of course, you will see that the categories are:

Click the appropriate category to go to a page with e-card choices. Choose the one you like, draft a few words for the message, and send the e-card to your affiliate. Quick and simple!

People appreciate recognition and acknowledgement and will enjoy hearing from you. Look for every opportunity to send an appropriate Affiliate E-Card (but be careful not to send too many, too often! They will lose their appeal and effectiveness if you send too many.)

The benefits of using an E-Card are that they save you time and money. They also contain professional graphics that are attractive and already personalized.

What better way to send a welcome message; a congratulations or a tip than with an E-Card. It costs you absolutely nothing to use this SFI tool. Moreover, you do not need to recreate the card each time you use it. You just type in your message and click the submit button. This is a very accessible tool to communicate with your team. You do not need to find where the E-Cards are located. All you need to do is find the recipients profile or Versa Points ledger.

The SFI E-Cards contain professional graphics that are pre-formatted so you can enter text and allow the software to place your text within the card. These cards are colorful in nature and are designed to capture the viewer’s attention. Each card has your picture at the very top right side and the recipients photo is in the card’s center. These cards are professional yet very personalized. I have received great results from my E-Cards. They somehow induce action from my team members.

Here is how you use them when communicating with your team. Send a congratulations E-Card each time someone accomplishes something. Here are some accomplishments that would warrant this type of E-Card:



• Upgrading to EA, Bronze Team Leader, Silver Team Leader, Gold Team Leader, Platinum Team Leader
• Winning E -365 Contest
• Winning the DAILY Grand

I then contact the affiliate using a “Tips” E-Card to let them know of an action they may have overlooked. I also use this function to give them some ideas on how to market their business.

These free cards are very accessible and you are able to send out brief messages on the spot about any topic they may benefit your PSA’s or CSA’s. Use these cards daily….I do.

Personally, I love the new affiliate e-cards and the new marketing center. They are totally awesome and one of the best changes to encourage team growth and leadership. Just click on the affiliates name from the genealogy and send them an appropriate e-card to motivate, inspire, and encourage. The graphics are cool too. These e-cards make it simple to award kudos. While the benefits are all geared toward growth just a few are:

1. Boost morale
2. Build confidence
3. Build trust and goodwill
4. Give Kudos
5. Strengthen areas of progress
6. Encourage teamwork
7. Instill a sense of belonging to something truly grand

I use them around the 20th of each month to let my top movers know how many Action points they require to achieve their EA or Team Leader Bonus.

How to send an ECard.
When SFI inform you of a new PSA. You click a link to view their profile.
At the bottom you will see. Send an E Card.
Click the V drop down box and select what greeting you would like to use.

When replying to new PSA. I select Here to Help.

Click preview this card.

Greetings. Delete the writing you see first. Then add your heading.

Copy and paste the message to the left of the page that has popped up.

Into the empty box where it says Content.

Remember to delete the message you see their first.

Check it then at the bottom left click the box I agree.

Then click send message.

It is great fun spending some time deciding what card you would like to send.
