I have experience with in-person presentations, direct mail, trade shows, handing out biz cards, network at events, etc. Can offline marketing be as effective for my SFI business as online marketing?
It is a good question and in my opinion it is very important to do everything you know to increase your business.You knoweledge will help you because face to face approach is more effective in this job.
If you meet people and explane them what to do and how they will be more active and they will do more just because they know you,understand you and they realize that you are real person and this is a real job so they make big effort to run their own business.
In on line marketing when you do not meet people they think,some of them think this is not real so they are inactive.
My the most active PSA are from real life they know me so they understand that this is not a fraud so they work.
If I have such good experience like you I will use it to achieve much more in this business.

Offline marketing will definitely be effective in your business. Online market will reach prospects around the globe which can get you a lot of new sign ups if you now what you are doing. I believe that offline marketing can be very effective because you have a huge market to attract new sign ups to online business. Newspapers, magazines, television, pamphlets, posters, business cards etc. There are so many ways you can reach people offline on a daily basis that you can definitely not ignore it. I believe that offline marketing experience can be used well in SFI and TripleClicks. I have offline marketing experience in three MLM's and find all that I have learned can be used in my local market for SFI.
In particular, when approaching people for becoming an ECA. Learn the requirements for an ECA, prepare for the inevitable questions, get the ECA flyers and go to work using your experience.
For recruiting SFI affiliates, I believe that demonstrating the website is the best tool.
Just get your head around the SFI style of online marketing, combine the two and you are, "off with a hiss and a roar".

Direct mail means refer your Gateway URLs with a short details to your friends, relatives, acquaintances etc.

All these are most effective way to marketing your SFI business
In online marketing sometimes we couldn’t able to express our views, answering questions of peoples, convince and motivated them very clearly which we can able to do in offline
So as per my opinion offline as well as online – both have important role to marketing and grow our SFI business
I think you should find "your top 5" much easier by interacting with people one on one.
Mass advertising on-line will produce some results,but nothing beats setting across from a real person.
Since we are busy people,do the advertising methods you are comfortable doing.Biz cards are great to hand out once you give them a little information about you and your business.Cards make you professional.
Sure, offline marketing can help.
To be honest, you have adventage comparing with new affiliates who need to learn what marketing is, no matter if it's online or offline.
Also, you can use your skills to make campaign or meetings to present SFI and then just distribute them your link to register for free,

I will to encourage to continue with your offline marketing only because you seem comfortable with it, but it is also a very effective part part your of SFI business.
I enjoy warm marketing a lot, most of my PSAs and PRMs have come from that area. Again it works very well when you are a leader of some sort or someone look up to.
All said, you should also try to combine with other online strategies to grow and expand your business in a very short time.
On my opinion,offline marketing is as effective as online marketing..Why not?It is effective in a way that you are promoting your business directly(through direct mails,ecards,invitations to your family and friends verbally and to all the people you know).There's a chance that they may accept your invitation because they know you and you can explain to them very well.The only problem is, it is very limited compare to online marketing you have a wide range of chance to get more PSA trough sign ups.
To those who are not good in promoting their business trough websites and advertising don't worry you can still keep trying sending direct mails to your friends,or you can use other social network to send invitation too.Don't forget too use other power tools too that SFI offer us.
