I'm sorry Goran, but I must disagree with your proposal.
Having separate forums for multiple languages would be a nightmare for SFI.
As SFI functions primarily in English, forums in other languages would have to be translated back to English for inclusion in the main forum.
Having a 'local' forum just creates separatism.

Actually, SFI has taken adequate care of translation issues.
I think that not enough people know about it.
None of the answers to this question have addressed SFI's provision for translation.

I believe that offline marketing experience can be used well in SFI and TripleClicks. I have offline marketing experience in three MLM's and find all that I have learned can be used in my local market for SFI.
In particular, when approaching people for becoming an ECA. Learn the requirements for an ECA, prepare for the inevitable questions, get the ECA flyers and go to work using your experience.
For recruiting SFI affiliates, I believe that demonstrating the website is the best tool.
Just get your head around the SFI style of online marketing, combine the two and you are, "off with a hiss and a roar".
