I have experience with in-person presentations, direct mail, trade shows, handing out biz cards, network at events, etc. Can offline marketing be as effective for my SFI business as online marketing?

Yes, of course. Since you are already well acclimatized with various offline marketing methods, then I don’t think you will have to face many problems when you venture out to do online marketing.

Only requirement for the online marketing is the time and the skill to present a strategy. If you can culminate it together and make a progress in this regard, why not, you will be one of the best in Marketing scenario.

As you said, in-person presentation will make a person

Hello!

I think that if you are so experienced at marketing you will have no problems at SFI. You can use your knowledge in two ways (online and offline) while others (as me) are trying to learn to be good at least at one of them.

Use your offline experience to explain people about SFI and meanwhile, you can expend time learning at the site how to improve your marketing skills online.

In a short time, you will find that all you have learnt about both fields (online

YES! Absolutely! I would argue that it could often be MORE effective than online marketing (in terms of quality, if not quantity; quality as we know, being FAR more important!)
Meeting someone in person is more of a incentive to look into the SFI opportunity than being approached online I would say.

If you really want to push the boat out, do a mixture of on and offline marketing, that's something not everyone can do.
If you're used to handing out biz cards, get some gift cards

Hello, Ann. The first time I spoke on stage was to a conference that was later preparing to listen to Bob Allen speak so I was anxious that I might not make a good impression but took encouragement from the organizers and a couple of mentors and for my timed session I had good feedback which is evidenced on my Facebook wall with signatures of the organizers and mentors too.

The point is that in person the impression that can be made is very powerful.

I remember learning that

I will say this in answer to your inquiry. As I'm retired from the Air Force, I have a good deal of management experience. Such as you do with all of your offline marketing. These tools will benefit you very much within SFI. I say that b/c all of your prior experiences build you into a stronger person when dealing w/ promoting SFI. Which is ultimately what we all are here to do, by building up our teams and duplicating our actions in them. Taking all of your offline marketing skills and putting

I believe the combination of both online and offline marketing would be the best.

However, SFI is a numbers game since you need to address a huge number of individuals in order to get a few successful ones. In that regard online marketing has an advantage and offline approach would be time consuming and limited to your surroundings.

If you want to work internationally then your direct approach is limited as well.

On the other side direct approach has its own advantages

Hi Ann,

Whether offline marketing will be as effective as online marketing for your SFI business?

Well, you've already said that you have 'experience', all i can say is a big YES.
In online marketing you place your ads on different ad sites expecting and believing that prospects will see your ads and subscribe, whereas in offline marketing you talk to people one on one or to a group of people who will see you in person and hear directly from you whatever it is that you

Absolutely! Despite the growth of the internet, it is important to realize that offline marketing and advertising still reaches a large number of people who trust offline ads more than they do online ads.

One advantage of offline marketing is that you are able to directly interact with your customer & can therefore capture their interest and act on it accordingly. The face to face meet inspires trust in the customer & they are then able to associate a face with your business!

I think your offline marketing may even be better than your online marketing!

I would love to have experience with talking to others in presentations and talking face to face as you will get to first hand explain to people what the business is and gauge a response from them about whether they are actually interested - and this will lead to quality referrals.

A large problem with online marketing is people see it as a 'join this site and have instant money' website. When they

Absolutely! If you can't afford the cost of a booth at a job fair, use your A2A Friend Finder to get a group of local Affiliates together and split the cost. {And the labor!}. You can also use on-line Job Fairs to find candidates. Again, if the cost is prohibitive, set up a Co-op and feed the leads into it, dividing them among all contributors.

I put fliers up at local colleges, pass out TripleClicks fliers and X-cards on campus, and even post fliers at the laundromat! You can use
