Organizing contest is a very positive way to encourage affiliates to strive and perform at a higher level, if not the best.

In this way, active affiliates have the chance to achieve their SFI goals faster as they seek ways to learn and gain additional skills and knowledge to win the contest.

The contest is also a very good way to open the channel communication and building trust between the leader and the team members. By recognizing team members that worked hard during the competition, will be inspiration to other as well to achieve more and win next time around.
