I always try to remember that these inactive affiliates have done something that other people have not done. They signed up as an affiliate. That tells me that they are looking for something. They are not satisfied with their income they way it is and they want to find a remedy for that. We know they won't find anything better than SFI, so after a few months of inactivity, I will write them again, either as a group, or individually. This time I will ask if they have found anything better or would

Unfortunately, some will sign up and not even give this an honest shot.

The best thing you can do is to continue to send your weekly support messages in hopes they eventually have a change of heart.

Something you may want to try is to send gift certificates to certain PSAs to see if that gets them going, or, share your success stories and the success stories of your downline to show that people really ARE doing very well with their business...you can even re-assign them a couple

The first thing I do if I think someone is falling out, I send them an e-mail to their personal e-mail account. I send it in a handwritten font, i.e. Lucinda Handwriting or something similar. I make sure I use their name, I mention where they live and if I know anything about it comment on it. Try to develop a one-on-one relationship.

Offer them as much support as you can and give them simple ideas on what they can do to get quick returns. You could also offer them a free gift, i.e. 5

I usually send theses affiliates an email asking why did they sign up in the first place? Is it something that they found with SFI that they did not like or are they afraid that they won´t succeed? I let them know that it is normal in the beginning to have a little fear, but as their sponsor I am there to assist them all the way.

Remember the saying: "Some will. Some won't. So what? Next!" Don't spend your time worrying about the "lookie-loos" and "tire kickers." Move on to your next prospective home-business team member or customer!

After you've performed this small task, what's left for you to do? Find someone—anyone—who wants Security, Freedom, Income, or ALL THREE. Chances are, you know dozens, maybe even hundreds, of people that fit in this category, people who are desiring

An elder wisdom of Marketing is: It's much easier and cheaper to hold an customer than to refer a new one.
So try to get a personal connection with them, thru weekly Teammail and especially three mails every two days to his signup-email.
Tell them that you want to give them succeed, you want to help them and at last give him a gift.

If there is no comment after those mails, forget them.
Take your power to other members.
Remember, you need only 5 who are working.

All in all we should not give up hope on them.some will register and stay dormant, but if sponsors and co-sponsors continue to write them and give them words of encouragement one day you will see them opening back sfi page and start working like crazy.Yes,some people need an extra push to get them started.we do not know what opinion they would have had at starting out at first about sfi. Most affiliates are confused. So we have to clear that blockage when we write them.

Keep sending the weekly messages or even more often. Also you can prefer contacting the Affiliates through the mail s/he used to sign up, this will give you a direct contact and you will know what's going on with them.

Some of the Affiliates may think that the weekly messages are automated and will not take time to respond to them.So the messages you send should be of encouragement and offering them some GCs if you can budget it.

Many times those who sign up and never log in again, may be confused and think the program is too hard or complicated.

I have a tutorial I send if they don't log in the next day. This has been very successful. You have to be very prompt and make the tutorial very short and easy to follow. Then I follow up with another one the next day if they log in after getting the first one.

Very short emails of encouragement or a story of their possibility for success helps.

Sometimes it is a much better use of your energy to let them go and focus on bringing a real winner aboard in their place.
