In every sphere of life, contest is necessary to make a person competent to meet any challenges.

I have formulated a great strategy for my downline members and I provide my active workers, once they reach the status of EA2 or more, always reassign PSAs for them to sponsor. Two reasons, inspiration and motivation. We want to keep people excited because this is an exciting business. Yet we don't want to get involved in hype, we need to keep it realistic. A contest can keep people motivated and keep the blood pumping!

People like to win things, it's always exciting to accept a challenge in hopes of winning a prize. It's that something extra that makes the whole picture worthwhile.

I have been running a monthly contest for my team since

In other words, generosity starts from the ability to reward and this possibility must necessarily start from the one that gained and is gaining.
What do other people think, but we do not know, personally, when I received the incentive from my Leaderschip, I felt really flattered.
