What would be a good e-mail to send red flagged affiliates to get them active in SFI again?

I send emails to my red flagged affiliates reminding them why they signed up for SFI. I go over all the benefits and a little comp plan, then I tell them they are in danger of losing all of this. I then let them know that they should log in and take another look. This has worked a couple of times, time will tell if it worked, but it gave me another year to try!

I send each red flag member a private note, offering to give them 2 undivided hours of my time to answer any questions they have and to both advertise for the using their affiliate number for one day and also transfer them an affiliate so they can start to send memos and help someone.

I have about 10% listen (and 1% try) and the rest still never respond, so if they don't it is nothing you did, they wre just tire kickers and in the many ears I have been here to get to Top 50 power rank,

I sent my red flagged affiliate an email asking him if everything was OK. That when he signed up at SFI, he was looking for a way to improve his future. That I was here if he had any questions or concerns now or in the future.

Wished him the best of luck, From Jerry

I send my PSAs and CSAs who are red listed a bulk mail through the Genealogy Group Mailer. I send the same one to both groups. And then I watch to see if they log in after receiving it. If they do log in, I give them individual attention with personal email.

This is my letter:

Hello,

I am your Sponsor or your co-sponsor in SFI. My job in SFI is to help you along in your SFI business. To help you get over the bumps. To help you understand. To encourage you.

Send them an e-mail or Teammail to let them know they have been red flagged. In the email, describe the compensation plan, promise to start building their team for free with your coop or to offer a gift certificate. The first step to do this is when they start logging in and doing the basics. Let them know you are ready to help them all the way and that you will only succeed when they succeed.

An email touching their hearts with good offers of assistance, presenting them with good plans of free or low cost achievements, offering them gift certificates in cash or TCredits for their achievements and being yourself an example to be followed.

These emails should be repeated weeky/monthly with changes and more attractions until they log in regularly and show up keen interest move forward on their own.

If you go to your Power Tools, then click on PSA mailer you'll see a button at the top for "need ideas?". There are a lot of good ones there.

I found a really good one on Complacency here. https://www.sfimg.com/PopUp/sampleMessage?msgid=202&sort=date&order=desc

I prefer individual message to the red flagged affiliates than group messaging.

In my mail I include:

1.Their name and joining date.

2.Ask for any problem if they are facing.

3.Discuss about SFI and its benefits.

4.Make them feel that they are making a mistake by not working.

5.Send regular messages about SFI, news etc. to grab their attention.

6.Assure them for any kind of support, once they reply me.

Contact them and ask them to explain to you their problem. Some of them since they signed up they never logged in SFI, so these Affiliates is really hard to get them.If there is an Affiliate in that category and s/he contacted you or they responded to your mails, try what you can and give them full support and uplift their business.E-mails depend on yourself and only you who can do best in that.

You have to send something motivational. Something that gives an affiliate support and encouragement. Then I remind them of the EA level and the importance of getting to that level each month. Remind them that you don't quit a business you open the doors to and that it has to be built one day at a time seeking out your goals.
