I would like to shed light to those who are relatively new in SFI who are asking related question and will ask what is reassignment of PSA? and why do we do that? before we answer this question Is it good idea to re assign PSA to someone in their own country?
Well reassignment of PSA is done by a sponsor by giving some of his PSA to one of his PSA whom he wants to reward or encourage to be active in SFI. You can do this in the SFI site under reassignment manager.
Now to the question posted above has its own advantages and disadvantages. One advantages of course is they can communicate well with their new assigned PSA in their own language. But this is a disadvantage to PSA's who are in the third world country who's PSA's can barely advance to EA. It will defeat your purpose to encourage you PSA to be active if the PSA you assigned are not also active or not capable of getting their SFI to the next level.
So exercise your judgment as to whether it will help your PSA or not before reassignment.

It is a good idea to reassign an affiliate to someone in his/her own country, but only under certain conditions.
To reassign affiliates, you should always have at least five affiliates who are EA or higher. You do not want to impoverish yourself.
Also, be sure that you know for certain that this person is not really able to communicate with you very well or understand what you are trying to teach. If the person is able to speak the same language you speak and you know you are able to work with that affiliate and you work together well, I would not suggest that you reassign that affiliate unless the person is an EA or higher and would be beneficial to that line in your team. The person you reassign the affiliate to should benefit and use this as an opportunity to grow his/her team.

I also believe the team will grow wider and deeper because they are dealing with their own. They know each other's sentiments, preferences or even dislikes. They know better the characteristics of their own people. They will know what to do and avoid doing those that are considered taboo in their places.

Yes that is a good idea if you decide that you and your international team should have regular meetings. To, expand your SFI business outside the internet. However if you also what to make more money from taking advantage of the higher currency exchanges, when having your EAs operate outside your domestic area then reassigning internationally located active affiliates is a great idea to build business. You might think that for short while you're giving business away, however if everyone in your downline is active then extreme deduction in your earnings will not happen. If you are just starting out using this earning method on SFI then at least have 5 active EAs or Team Leaders in your downline, as ASK SC has instructed. So, it seems every time you receive new PSAs, if receiving 5 or more reassign 2. And, keep duplicating this method in your downline and your downline's team.

Well in my opinion it is always a good move to to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country so as to leverage on the synergy and common culture n language and all which will be a easier platform for them to contact and may even establish face time or face to face contacts where necessary as the brick and mortar barriers are removed.

Yes it a good idea to reassign someone in their country because in own country there will not arise difficulty in language therefore one can understood other what is saying because in the same country almost all know one another language therefore it is easy to discuss and can train them easily & can convince them easily. IN the same country we one another in small cost and small time which helps to grow the team by the help of group meeting .In the same country phone call cost also less so we can convince someone with a small cost .Therefore if we set the team language wise and those who lives nearer then it will be very easy to grow up our business .I THINK THIS ANSWER WILL BE USEFUL TO YOU ..............

Surely it wouldn't be that easy to deal with PSAs from other countries because of communication barriers, general outlook of life, common perception on necessities for the living etc.
It is a common tendency to acknowledge the success of fellow country men which in turn strengthens their trust in the system and lets them follow their Team Leader or sponsor without any reservation.
National spirit is a great bonding entity that can strengthen the team spirit and ensure growth and success of the team.

Yes, you can, if you have active PSA in that country, and also your new PSA who you want to reassign doesn't speak good English, so you cannot communicate with him/her. But new Sponsor must be somebody who will be good Leader and good Sponsor to reassigned one.
No, if you don'r have big team or you already have good communication with him, and he can work with you, and he is willing to work.

If there is a communication barrier, and you have no means of removing that barrier, then it might be a good idea yes. If you contact your chosen PSA from the same country as the individual your sending the reassignment to, and have a mutually agreement about the transition, it would also be beneficial for all parties involved. Have them communicate via chat and add each other first then you can further determine which course of action can be taken.
