In my opinion, there's NO secret at all.

Why? Because what you need for qualified as Team Leader every month is at least you earn 1000 action points plus 2000 sales points.

So easy to earn sales points. Buy 2×100 Tcredit for your standing order and you'll have 2400 sales points.

And how about action points? There's the keys. From your effort by doing daily, weekly, and monthly task is 497 action points.

Then the rest is you'll earn from your active psa. So what you need is, at least 5 active PSA!

And all what I'm talking about is "DUPLICATION" you need 5 active PSA like you did...

The secret for easily qualifying for a rank of a team leader each month? For me, theres no secret here in SFI. Its a matter of decision and hardwork.

Decision in the sense that, you need to decide whats your target or goals for the particular month. Decision to make an investment everymonth for your standing order or any product of your choice or use. Decision to shift all your household brand to the branch carried to our store "tripleClicks" and ECA.

Hardwork, to develop leaders in your team. Support them to make them an EA2 for 100VP each, 150VP each for Bonze TL, 200VP each Silver TL, 250VP each for Gold TL and 300 VP each for Platinum TL. Everytime they requalify to their current rank or even 1500VP you are entiled to its corresponding VPs.

I personally use Standing order from TC T-Credits I'm using credits for bidding in TC auctiond else earvn same time MRP and re use points to purchase 1 TC at the time it cvost mer 126MRP.. Each bid you earn 1 action point.., S-builder and Pro profit co op acceleration to the success of the busdiness...

DON'T FORGET that the 1,500 VP is for required EA status can come from any COMBINATION of purchases, sales, and actions. For example, a personal purchase worth 500 VP, plus a customer* sale worth 500 VP, plus 500 VP via actions would combine to equal 1,500 VP and earn you EA status for the month.

For any Affiliate to be able to qualify for the rank of Team Leader each month, he/she must be able to do the followings:

1. You must endeavor to have a Standing Order at TripleClick store on any products that you purchased and that can earn you 1500 VersaPoints.

2. Review your SFI Basics on your SFI Homepage.
3. Bid for Auction products at TripleClicks to earn more VersaPoints on Sales
4. Purchase some items at TripleClicks that can also earn you accumulative VersaPoints on sales at least once in a week.
5. Earn VersaPoints by taking action on instructions in your To-Do-List on your SFI Homepage
With this few tips highlighted above,any Affiliate can qualify for the rank of Team Leader each month. It has worked for me.

There is so secret as such.

if you attend to the daily "to-do-list" check on the red tabs and click the blue bar at the bottom of the page for your 1VP, and read the Income, Marketing, Reference, Training, Power Tools and other drop box of the black/grey bar you can earn enough VP to take you from affiliate to EA. Then you need to place a standing order for 1500-2000VP as sales point to attain BTl level and from there on maintain your VP by attending to all your daily tasks.

My PSA have reached EA within a fortnight and is now a BTL and she has not completed her 30 launchpad lessons as yet. So just follow the daily tasks and place a standing order for IAHBE or 125 TCredits.

Some actually use Auction bids to gain more Action Points from the bids to be able to boost the Action Points to make BTL+ each month but the secret isn't really a secret at all. SFI tells us and helps us to get there by encouraging duplication;)

(While chuckling) I am not sure there is a "secret" to becoming a Team Leader each month; however, I can tell you what I do and see if that helps you - ok?

First of all, becoming a Team Leader isn't really that difficult, you just need to know how to keep it. SFI allows you to purchase 2000 VP per month, which is a wonderful thing. That simply means that all you need to do is come up with the other 1000 VP and you have, at least, earned Bronze.

If you do your daily actions and do your 500 bids from the auction, you should EASILY get your 1000 action points necessary. At least that's what I do...

Before you become a team leader you have to undergo the basic task leading to EA (Executive Affiliatte and Team Leader (Bronze, etc.) as follows:

1. Visit daily the "To Do List." You get the VersaPoints(VP) after following the instructions;

2. You have also to click various Tabs marked in RED. Points also will be generated after you read the guidelines inside. You will come to know that you have completed all tabs as it is marked now in GRAY;

3. After you completed the steps 1 & 2, Go back to the tab again and choose which one you would like to concentrate in detail. You may choose TripleClicks. From inside you can do purchases such as Tcredits and fill up the Standing Orders. Again you will be credited certain points. If you have a monthly Standing Orders of the purchased items, it will be delivered to you monthly and your points are credited regularly, thereby, maintaining your level.

4. I believe when you have completed step 3 in addition to daily tasks for Steps 1 & 2, I am confident you will be able to achieve the EA and the Bronze Team Leader. For the next Team Leader categories, you have to follow certain rules and guidelines in order to maintain your standing in the succeeding months to achieve the Silver and Gold levels, respectively.

5. For items not covered here, I suggest you always refer to various guidelines and tips published by SFI and suggestions from other team leaders to fully enjoy and avail the various benefits of being a member of the team.
