What qualities should we look for in our PSAs before sending them an invitation for the Designated Diamonds program? And where do I look?
The qualities to look for in a PSA to become Designated Diamond are:
- Should be an EA2
- Consistency at his/her SFI Daily, Weekly and monthly task.
- Dedicated to sponsoring and duplication
- A goal getter and good understanding of how to use the SFI tools to get results.
Where to look for your DD is on your Mover page and genealogy table.
Consistency : To keep on working irrespective of the results (atleast in initial stages)
Faith: Trusting the system(SFI) and also the upline who keep guiding you and moving ahead with their guidance including Gery's guidance. Mountains cab be moved with faith.
Willingness to learn: Understanding the PSA's objective of joining SFI and his/her willingness to learn and adapt to the requirements of SFI's success. This will give a clue whether they will walk that extra mile or not to succeed.

The DD program is for network marketers/multi level marketers.It for individual who have demonstrated the ability to build quality businesses through duplication.
If new (few than 12 month) in SFI then;
They must have attained the EA2 income level.
They must have a Standing Order which together with a combination of action VPs can secure them their EA rank going forward.
They must have demonstrated that they have the capacity and the flexibility to secure the points necessary to move them up the leadership ladder.
They must have developed at least 5 EAs in their team in their first level.
Their downlines must be at least 3 levels deep.
If experienced, then they must have at least 5 Fast Track members, multiple EAs and TLs in their first level. Their downlines must be at least six levels deep and consisting of high flying movers.

Being part of the Designated Diamond program is awesome! Here is how to pick a Diamond:
1. Go to your Genealogy Report (Concise version).
2. Pick those who are EA2 and active at least 10 days.
3. If this is less than 20, send an invite to them all. If not, hand pick those you want to work with and send them an invite.
Now wait and see who answers you. They are the ones that would take you (and them) to Diamond Team Leader status...
There is many qualities that describe good PSA. Here are some of the top qualities that will show you "how" and "where" to look. Your PSA should have or be:

2. Confidence
3. Open Minded
4. Self Starter
5. Competitive
6. Creativity
7. Determination
8. Strong people skills

Self starters, works well alone,put up a SO every month, knows how to place ads and will
ask for help from me,Stream or in the forums.

Hi, first I will answer your 2nd question. Where to look? The exact tool to help you is your Geneology Report.
To answer the qualities, look in your Geneology for PSA who are active daily. Those who contribute and earn VP's, those who are striving hard to succeed in SFI.
Review also those who have been active but somehow stopped. Last those PSA whom you have referred personally but try to balance it out as you need those who are active.

Good PSA must have the quality, quantity and spirit. Only if the painstaking hardworking and has a great desire to succeed and they'll find ways to do so. This is already seen in the first month of its operations, when it recognized help as much as that PSA will bring success to themselves and to you.
Hi. As far as I know, the purpose of the Designated Diamonds program is providing a way for each affiliate to select his or her PSA as partners to achieve the diamond team leadership. So the selection of your PSA is important.
As per the announcement of the DD program, the basic requirement for the selected PSA must be EA2. As for the qualities of PSA, the eligible PSA must be consistent and perseverance in their SFI businesses.
On your Genealogy, there being a tab titled "Other". Within the "Other" tab there have a DD column that embedded "Send Invite" for qualified affiliates. Click the link to send invitations to your PSA.
