With the beginning of a New Year these new tools have been provided to booster the activeness and growth of each affiliate’s business. But the basics remain the same. To be successful they have to act and act consistently.

You can do the following:

1. Help them around with the start up.

2. Set a good communication link with them.

3. Provide them with training of important aspects of SFI and where ever they need your assistance.

4. Recognize their efforts from time to time and reward them for their achievements.

5. Once they are EA, invite them to Designate Diamond program. Have them be committed to their growth. You can work closely with them to achieve your and their growth plan.

6. Have them know and understand about the Milestone shares so that they can have continuity in their growth.

7. By including your workers in your co-op you can further help them fortify their business.

8. Follow the awesome sponsor guidelines and let each member of your team understand and duplicate them.

9. Help them understand the Rules of Success at SFI and gain a long term vision for their business.

Hi Rebecca,

Great question! I have been reading and researching and continually learning since I joined SFI. I began by reading the books recommended by Gery in the Rules of Success (or was it the Launchpad) ... "Think and Grow Rich", by Napoleon Hill and "The Magic of Thinking Big" by David J. Scwartz. Then I have simply launched on an amazing and incredible journey since then.

The thing that comes up again and again is that not only do we need to have the stick-toit-ness (dedication, determination and never give up kind of attitude) required to succeed but we must be forever and continually thinking of new ways that we can do things. Gery and SFI role model this behavior amazingly. It would be so easy for Gery to say, "Hey, I have a successful business, so good enough" but that NEVER happens in SFI ... not only is he incredibly active in the forums and with us all but he is CONSTANTLY thinking of different things that he can do to make things even better!

So my answer is to continually think and brainstorm ways to reach out to your affiliates. Try something different every day and when you find one thing that works ... even a little ... repeat it. And keep repeating it so long as it works ... but also keep trying new things as well. Never stop thinking about ways you can reach out to your team and ways that you can help your team. Be creative. Think outside the box. Push beyond that point of thinking there is nothing else you can do ... and find one more thing to do.

And, as suggested in one of my recent reads ... spend ten minutes at the start of every day thinking about what you can do differently to improve your communication and interactions with your affiliates. Think about how you can add value. How can you connect with even just one affiliate on a more personal level, building trust and instilling faith in your SFI business.

Keep things exciting and interesting. Remind them of any bonuses they are eligible for and do them first yourself. When you do things first yourself you learn better how they are done and will be better equipped to teach your team.

Anything you have not done in the past is a good time to start doing it now. Keep reading everything you can on SFI and TripleClicks. If you are not already an ECA, become an ECA. If you don't have a product or service, work on getting one. There are a lot of things online you can sell, find something that you can do well. It should be your passion. Something you are very good at.

Anything here that you have not done in the past needs to be explored. Our business here is a growing process, a discipline. As we log in every day and do all we can and move on to each new thing, we are better able to expand our business so that not only do we bring in PSA's, we will be bringing in PRM's and ECA's.

1. First of all, please recollect what are all the things that you did prior to 2016.

2. Make out a list.

3. Against each item, figure out what was the result achieved.

4. Against the results achieved, see who were all the affiliates responded, did well, etc.

5. With those affiliates, you can still continue with your same style of working.

6. With regards to the affiliates who never responded, start your communication afresh.

7. Where possible, try to speak to them over skype or whatsapp, or any other similar facilities
available in your country (Free of cost);

8. Send them mail at least a week. In your mails, Ask them, "What can I do so that you can get
started?"; How can I help so that you will see benefits?". The emphasis here is, your down line
should know that you are there for them to succeed.

9. Do not just talk about scoring VersaPoints, placing Standing Order, etc repeatedly.

10. Speak about fresh opportunities provided by SFI in 2016 - Like "Earning VersaPoints made
easy; Signing Bonus; Designated Diamond," and so on.

11. Guide them how easily they can grow and start earning an income quickly.

12. Share your achievements & performance.

13. Make them understand that you are committed towards their Growth. How can you do it? Think
about offering Gift Certificates, T-Credits, Re-assigning Members, and so on.

14. At the same time, do not bombard them with too many mails and phone calls, That may be
counter productive.

Conclusion:

With all that you do, they should feel they can trust you. If that happens, its a very good starting
point for a great journey here for every one in your Team.

Focus is on just two things - Make them realize that you are there for them as a trustworthy friend & that SFI has created more and more opportunities just at the start of the New Year for every one to realize their dreams.

Just think about these, do your home work and start the process. You will soon feel you are doing things differently in 2016. Do not worry about the Results. You can only lead and show the way. If they do not want to follow, you can do nothing. Just focus on active people in your Team and start looking for more and more sign ups.

FIRST is to communicate to them, this is one part to make an affiliate to be active.
On communication, there will a time where the affiliate will take notice and response not only to the mail, phone call or any modes but by starting to do the daily task or others task with regard to the response.
Communication is also spending time with them.Communication should not cease. It is an ongoing process.

You may want to try as well to motivate them by giving incentives/recognition and others that you may think fit.
There are some/many Affiliate need motivation not with incentives/recognition but something further than that.
You will know such affiliate through your communication and spending time with them offline or online to motivate them.

I think there is not much I can do to make inactive affiliates active, except following up a few times over time.

I decided to focus on active affiliates and to look for new affiliates instead of focusing on affiliates that haven't been active since the beginning or for a long time.

I only need five active affiliates as my direct down line and I prefer them to be self starting, moving on their own, like I am, not people I have to push to be active.

Becoming active of your affiliates in 2016 does not entirely depend upon you. It mainly depends upon your affiliates. Basically you can motivate them only if the communication channels between you and your affiliates are open.

If they are not logging in to their SFI account, no matter what you do, it won’t make any difference as your messages are not reaching them or they are reaching them but are not being read by them. Such a situation is very unlucky.

We can consider ourselves lucky, if the new entrants of 2016, are proactive. They may login daily. Read the training articles themselves. In that case, you won’t need to do much. Everything happens automatically.

SFI is such a business that either you get intelligent proactive affiliates or sometimes just huts that are hard to crack even by repeated instructions. Therefore, leave everything to that fairy luck and keep on doing your duty sincerely. At the end, you are going to succeed surely.
