As a team leader in SFI, one of greatest desires is to have a strong, active and motivated team of on fire affiliates. Is this possible? Or is it a pipe dream that cannot really be reached?

Thank you for asking this question because it made me stop and think. I think that as affiliates one of our top goals is duplication and duplication is impossible without a strong team.

You have to learn yourself before you can teach others. I believe in the wisdom that a reader is a leader. Take advantage

Most of us struggle to retain active PSAs and without active team members, the growth of the team is also slow but this should not hold us back from trying again and again.
