Why don't I help you by drafting my kind of a welcome letter to my PSAs. The idea is to keep it simple and not add too much detail. SFI already sends a new PSA loads of emails which go both directly to their email address and their SFI inbox. Do not create any confusion or make your PSA feel that this is very complicated to understand.

This may come as a surprise but did you know that I take great pride in my achievements and those of my PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) such as you! They remind me that (x) months ago, I started out to own my online business and today I am not alone. The SFI Community supports your business and is instrumental in helping you reach your goals.

So, let me start by saying "welcome to my team". I value your support and contribution to this team. You hear me say "team" - yes, this is what it all boils down to. How strong your SFI team is will reflect in your commissions. Firstly build your team, by joining other prospects and then talk about your business to one and all :)

Once you have read (this is important - read, learn and earn) about how the commissions work, you will know that you can earn commissions through your team members, both PSAs and CSAs; the commissions will depend on how much your PSAs have invested in the business. If they have a Standing Order - this makes your life a lot easier because you start earning through them and they qualify as an Executive Affiliate. This means they start earning perks. This is the minimum requirement, to make 1500 points every month.
