What tips do you give to your PSAs in your welcome letter to them?

In my welcome letter, I try to keep things simple. There's only one thing they need to know, first and foremost: "When you respond to my messages, you will be rewarded, whether with TCredits, knowledge, attention to your ECA stores, or whatever else might prove a useful tool to make you a successful PSA." When they respond, I can then give them the level of "tips" and other information they will find valuable.

What tips do I give to my PSA"s in my welcome letter ?
I put things I would have liked to have seen in my first welcome letter.
The sponsor should welcome them to their team.
Let them know where to go if they get lost.Go to Home and to
V.P. Ledger found under Hot Spots,next to Home.
Let them know where to find their links/Gateways.They are under My Account.
I personally give this advice :
1. How do the initial tasks and achieve the first 700 VP points .
2. Notifies them of the site rules .
3. Advise them not to do LUNCHPAD and INTERMEDIATE ACTIONS ( only if they need to confirm status )
4. Introduced them to the Fast -Track package .
5. And at the end of them to the video clips for beginners .

Than you will sent to them private message and tell him who are you, how long you doing this job, what are you achieve in this job, and ask your new PSA to add you on facebook for easy comunication.

I don't really give out tips to my PSAs in the welcome letter. My first contact to them is just what it is, a welcome. They are going to get hit with many emails in the beginning about different things that will not make any sense to them on the first day, so I try to wait until I do my team mail to give them the basic information that they will need. That mailing is usually within a couple of days anyway, so I just welcome them and introduce myself. Tips can come later.
I am usually welcome in SFI and explain the well-chosen and why. Then conceals nothing and explain what kind of work goes and what the business is. If you want to make money right away and needs to immediately capitalize on the bills must go somewhere to work and still build their business.
I met with the work on the Internet, where anyone would instantly become rich or could have permanent and sufficient income immediately. Here it may have for some time, it is the individual and then only to raise your dream goals, because it's a business.
It certainly is not easy ..... and must endure and take their business very seriously, always see your goal, which I really want to achieve. Here it has the greatest possible support and does not need anything. Everything here will learn .... explain the benefits.

Good question first of all introduce yourself to them as there personal sponsor many people confuse when the joint the don't know were to start give them tips step by step how to start explain to them what versapoint means give them tips how to get versapoint and always help them when the need help support them encourage them give them a lot of tips how to succeed with SFI I think when you do that it will help them a lot and the will understand, I wish you goodluckl.
To me I always refer them to the to-do-list, launchpad lessons and other intermediary actions that can earn them free versa points to become Executive Affiliates for free, also I offer them reward like 5Tcredits for replying to my Email, I give them Gift Certificate when they do not have money to make a first purchase of TCredit. I give them additional tips to always make sure they enter for the Daily Grand and Daily Crown by playing the games with the TCredits I sent to them, and honestly following all this, I always get positive responses from PSAs.

Welcome letter is very important for our PSAs.
I welcome them and suggest them to first finish 5 actions with airplanes to qualify for fast track, and then to contact me. I provide them my email and Facebook account so that we could have better and easier communication.
I also emphasize not to do other actions before they contact me.

In the letter welcome you and introduce myself. Explain that the first steps must be done immediately, and give a link of the video for the first steps. Be sure to reiterate that registration should be with g-mail, and if you did not leave the link / Instruction to change. Also, invite a new member to your social network, facebook, twitter, google +, and so on. Happy work.
