Hi everyone ...

New PSA's are important as they do not know how to start in SFI. It's a major problem that has to be done by contacting and explaining by their sponsors.

I usually give my new PSA/ CSA ASK SC posts from our most sucesfull affiliates, so if they can read this surely they can succeed in their career. The welcoming letter must be brief and with no complicated explaining, just basics and helping tips from SFI knowledge base.

You can do also the following:

Hello Hristina,

Communication is one of the most important thing in SFI.
In your welcome letter you should first introduce yourself. Than explain your PSA how to start the right way, by completing their Getting started actions and how to qualify for Fast Track membership. They should start reading Launchpad lessons and get more familiar whit SFI buisness. You can put links from youtube whit beginners actions (getting started, daily, weekly, monthly) as well your social media profile

I believe a welcome letter should be just that; a welcome letter.
Any tips issued in the welcome letter should be kept to the minimum so as not to overwhelm the PSA.
Welcome the PSA to the business, talk a little about SFI and what it stands for,you could even give reference to your personal experience with SFI.
The more important part of the welcome letter however is to introduce yourself to the PSA such that he/she gets comfortable enough to respond/communicate with you and from there

I start with the Start tab, then go to the Basics tab, and start with two Launchpad articles. I may then tell them about the competition that has been organized for them to reach EA. I will also tell them about doing the red tabs daily especially playing the games. I also inform them that on each red tab page there are upside down triangles with numbers which they need to press to garner versapoints and bars at the bottom of each page to give extra points. That's basically it!
