Hi.
In my welcome letter, that is automatically sent when a new PSAs arrive, first of all I tell them to registering their mail clicking on activation link, then about the three buttons under the pic (start, basics and launchpad), then I give them some suggestions on how to get VP:

-Clicking on tabs
-Clicking on the links with airplane for be a FT member.
-Showing them how the weekly actions can earn them 140VP.
-Sell or buy something on tripleclicks.com
-Making a Standing Order.

I think that both are profitable, depending only from what kind of business you feel comfortable to promote: I think that if you have some thematic website for some products , it's more easy to promote ECAs that sells that kind of products. For example : if you have a blog about beauty, make-up and also a twitter account about that, you can choose 3-4 ECAs that sells this kind of products and promote their offers. If you don't have a website, is still easier to promote ECAs products, to your friends and colleagues...
