What tips do you give to your PSAs in your welcome letter to them?

The focus of my welcome letter to new PSAs is to introduce myself as their sponsor, encourage them that this is a real business, share enthusiasm for the business and excitement for their success in the business, open the lines of communication, and make sure the new PSAs are aware of my full support whenever they need it.

I tell my new PSAs that there is a Fast Track Bonus and direct them to the Getting Started

The tips I give in my new PSA welcome letter are simple. My goal is to point the new PSA to the information on the SFI site that will get them started, basically the three buttons for Start, SFI Basics, and the Launchpad on their SFI home page. Since I send a personal email, I also include the links for those buttons to make it easy to get to from their email.

Then, to help them watch for the follow up information from SFI, I let them know there is important information about Fast Track

Good day Hristina,

This indeed is a very interesting question and I do hope my answer woukd be of help to you.

My first mail would be to welcome them on board to SFI and to the team. Also, in the mail, I would ask whether he or she has received my little token (welcome t-credits) and the use of such t credits on tripleclicks.

That said, I will let them know that they made a wise decision joining SFI with proven track record of over 17 year experience in the

Thanks for this question.

My welcome letter is the first communication that goes to my new PSAs.

Hence, I will take care to word it with positive things that should help them to trust me and communicate with me back.

After welcoming them to my Team with warmth and introducing myself and I always put following questions:

1. Do you have any questions that I can answer you?
2. Is there anything that I can clarify for you about How to Get Started?, Compensation

I throw them in at the deep end of the reading pool. "Swim or sink," I think to myself. "If you're not prepared to read, learn and do, you're not
