But, each of us should be prepared that it can happen that his sponsor stop working. Therefore, in my opinion, it is necessary that each rely primarily on themselves and their determination to move as quickly and as many learn the principle of work. In addition, we all have our own group where experienced members help new members, so it should join, and monitor the work of these groups. Also, we all win and his co-sponsors which also can turn to for help. Very that the sponsor is the one who needs to rely or not the sponsor is not omnipotent. Few must themselves make an effort if we care about the development of our business and earnings in the business. I wish you much success in your work and good luck.

Personally, do not rely much on your sponsor since you do not know how much your sponsor know about this business.
What you should do is start reading START, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD, follow FORUM where you can find valuable information, and ask community if something you do not know.
If your sponsor is successful in this business, and if she/he is ready to assist than contact her/him.
My Sponsor is great and very helpful. I will give you advice if you want to win your Sponsors heart, do your work ethically and work seriously. If he/she see that You are a hardworking Girl/Boy Or A Man/Women - He will automatically help you. So better don't depend on your Sponsor. But Yes You can rely on him Or her.
Because Rely means Trust. And If you can't trust your business Or Sponsor, You can't be able to work here. So rely on Your Sponsor But You should ask for help when you really and most needed.

SFT is different than a company - here you work for yourself even though your sponsor is there to assist you and answer questions or give you clarity on unsure issues - but not to do the work for you.
You must have perseverance to reach your goal and to be successful in your business.
Your sponsor - in my opinion - is not your target - but to build a successful business.
However, don't forget to ask should you need any help - you therefore will never feel isolated.

To build a successful SFI you rely on your own and not on sponsor because sometimes sponsor are inactive and they did not even contact a single time to their downline. Some sponsor are not experience and they did not know about SFI.
This is your business and you are the boss so build your business by working everyday and make a active downline team to build a successful SFI business.
Everything in this business is explained clearly in the BASICS and one should have the urge to succeed within himself/herself. Sponsor can only tell his experience and suggestions and he can not guarantee any result for you.
Sponsors can be taken as suggester only. They only can give some guidance.
Really speaking, your determination should be your sponsor!
