Good all filters. It depends on what exactly you want to know. They are excellent at it, if you want someone to assign or reassign to another. You will learn all the information about who you want to keep and who not, because it is inactive for several months and takes you only place in the list, which is then unnecessarily long.
I learn all about each other. And it is also very important.

If your PSAs from other countries and they don't know English then use Google translate to communicate. Google translate is a great tool.

Write your message in English and then select the language of your PSA and translate your message in that language and send them to PSA. in this way you effectively communicate with PSAs from other countries.
