Hi Olufolake Stephen Adams, I personally like this question which is "what is the best way to teach my downline how to build their downline?"

To teach your downline to build their downline first thing to do is to build your own downline. A good leader leads by showing a good example. Building your downline shows your team that it is not only good to build them up but it's also important and necessary to guarantee success in this SFI business.

Mentor each downline member one on on (if possible).

Once you've gotten this out of the way the rest of the work is easy.

Send them team messages that contains tips and words of encouragement.
Follow up on your downline
Check your downline's progress regularly and ask if they are following up on their downline.
You can create a group for you, your downline and their downline where you all can share ideas, tips and testimonies of how much progress you've all made.

Make sure you're available when they need someone to talk and when they need help. I'm sure this would at least help their progress and yours. Ciao

The best way to teach downline how to build their downline is to first they atleast maintain EA2 rank, do their daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Set up their monthly goals and try to achieve them. Send Welcome letter to new affiliates. Send weekly mail through SFI and provide as much information about SFI. Read training materials and launchpad lessons.

Advertise as much as possible and promote SFI gateways in different free advertisement sites. Tell them to build atleast 5 active downline and teach them to set up standing order of 1500 VP and maintain their EA rank.

The best way to teach our downlines how to build their downlines is by being a good example to them. We should never ask or demand from others what we ourselves don't do or have. We should be Independent and teach our Teams to be also free in their business without relying or depending on others. Example is the best teacher and actions speaks louder than words!

Your members need to learn how to duplicate the work. Teach them to become members of EA2. Teach them how to become leaders. Teach them to advertise svery day to build their bussiness. Teach them to teach their affiliates to become EA2 members. Teach them how to teach their affiliates to become liders. Than your downline grou up.
