Basically, what you do is show them how you built your own downline. Easy isn't it?
Let's start with the co-op. Why not advice and encourage your downline to place a standing order for a share of the co-op? This way, some PSA's are rolled their way daily. By maintaining EA2 status, they get 2 CSA's monthly too adding to their team. Let's not forget the spin & build where by participating in auctions, they get more PSA's added to their downline. Then they can also have standing order for PSA to go.
With all these, the options are limitless. And these are only the few I can remember from off the top of my head. Don't forget to DUPLICATE. Teach them all this and teach them to teach their team under them too.

Leading by example, show them what works for you. Steer them in the right direction. Let them know what is working for you. Where you advertise and buy from your site. Your techniques will help them duplicate your methods. Provide positive insight and encouragement to your team. Then they will pass on their knowledge to others.
First of all guide them to visit daily SFI and become conversant with SFI & its mode of working. Your team may keep themselves updated with all the developments of SFI & participate in the new games & auctions besides making entries in other award winning contests. Your team may put an ideal before their downline to be followed. The downline may be elaborated the benefits of maintaining their status, which may be turned into the long time earnings online. They may earn as much as they can, which depends upon their hard work & patience.
Overall, they may told that my win is in their win. If they maintain their status, their TL may win. And one day they also have their own team. This chain may continue. That's all.

There is nothing like leading by example. Being consistent and working your business daily is the very best way to teach. Your downline can see the badges you have earned. Let them see you are working daily by earning your VP and showing your streak. When your activities are hit and miss your downline will not see the importance of daily activity.

Well, logically, the best general way to teach your downline how to build their downlines is to share your business journal with them, teaching them what you've used successfully to build your downline and what you've used *unsuccessfully* so they can avoid your mistakes. This is how they can most easily duplicate your successes, build their downlines, and then, in turn, *teach* their downlines the same way they've learned.
