What should I do to gain maximum support from my upline to grow my SFI business?
If you need help, you have to look for it.
Sponsor and higher lines are not obliged to help, but if you are diligent and hard-working, they will support you. Be active and they'll notice you. You must conversation with uplines, ask them many questions and give proof that you are professional person, who want to be successful in SFI business.

You should follow the advises of the Sponsor & co- sponsors vehemently & should left no stone un turned to satisfy the sponsor.You have to first complete all the pertinent questions to get maximum VPs. Regularly you have to convey the details of performances & achievements to the sponsor & try ro remain in touch with the co-sponsor too.
Adopt the duplication process while advising your fellow affiliates and send a copy for information to you sponsor for getting full support.
This process to be repeated to get the maximum favour!

It is a simple answer, Communication, when you receive a message from your upline, reply, it is not only polite, but important for you to make contact, you may not need their help now, but you may later on. As a sponsor we cannot assist our downline members if they simply ignore our communications, we are here ready and happy to give as much support as we can for you to become successful. This is seen in doing your daily actions,weekly and monthly actions too. Be active, always doing daily, weekly, monthly tasks. Ask anything you do not understand .Move as much PSA, bring your dog to EA2 status. Show your upline to follow their work and doing whatever work they do. Your success is guaranteed and your upline will surely notice. Simply make their duplication.
A good sponsor generally looks at his/her movers. These are the affiliates who are doing something to earn versa points and thereby grow their business. The sponsor will then decide what type of assistance a mover needs. This can be in a form of tips, e-cards, team mail, gift certificate, reassigned PSAs, co-ops etc. The important thing to do as an affiliate is to keep doing your part and ask your sponsor/co-sponsor questions or guidance where necessary, you will surely gain maximum support.

The best way to gain maximum support from your downline in growing your SFI business is to communicate with them even when it takes a little time with translation. It's OK to disagree. It's more important to tell each other what's going on and to brainstorm on how to get it going so that business 'explodes'. It's more important to talk, share, and ask questions. To gain maximum support You should get to know your sponsor and your sponsor to know you. Build friendship with them.

Show to upline you're determined to work.
First of all , one has to show hard work and eagerness in completing Getting started actions , Launch Pad and the Daily actions tasks.Then you consult your upline members on issues you fail to understand in SFI. These will draw there attention to you and they will give you a helping hand to succeed at SFI.
