Just let them go if they decided it. You shared experienced, supported, answered questions and explained all you was asked for, right? You personally talked with them about their priorities and life situation, right?They didn't want to work, saying it's not for them behind "is not what they expected". This is all just excuses to not do what it's need to be done to remain EA2. This is what I would do. Of course, we will keep in touch as friends or person that know each other, but I won't say nothing more about SFI business if I am not asked from them. It's a bit harsh, but you know, people should believe in what they do in my opinion. They should share a similar road or at least destination and should be ready to give their all in trying the new way to achieve what they want.

Hello, what happened to me.Unfortunately I can not do anything else but again encouraged to offer assistance and ask why the ending?Usually I happen to me or that I had no response. It could be something as unpleasant as this person does not want to disclose. Therefore it is necessary to respect and concentrate on working with others. Maybe this one comes back and starts working again.
I think that nothing can be done.

If yours PSA does not want to work you cant do to much.
But some things you can to do:
Tell him you want to help him anything he need.
Tell that success does not come overnight.
Ask him what is problem and why he dont want to work.
Send him gift certificate and tell him to buy W3.
He get 5 TCredits and 50 MRP every month for that and you buy times.Try to make blog with tham and start advertising.Tell him he get CSA for become EA and if CSA work or buy something he earn money.
If he continue working send Gift Certificate to buy TCredits and try to help him to become EA2.
He get CSA again,maybe someone work and that motivated tham to continue working.
He also get 10 TCredits for become EA2.
BUT DONT DO ANYTHING, if he decided to dont work or if he dont answered on your mail.
Help him if he dont have money ,you have to invest in your PSA if you want to earn.Help him to earn,and he continue to work with you.
