The most effective way of communicating with your downline to get results are

1. Sending of team mails, giving them tips and ideas of how to be successful in SFI business.

2. Doing a video and sending it via whatapp or skype.

3. If you have any of your downlines phone number, you can call and assure them that you are willing to assist them any way you can.

4. Setting up a contest in the team, assuring them that the winner gets a gift certificate or t credits. form of motivation.

5. By the use of SFI chat to communicate with any of oir downliners when they are online.

I start off my communication with my team members through an E Card - its an informal way to introduce myself and I keep it brief. Most times I receive a reply acknowledging my E Card. I have various other options to use in case I wish to convey a longer message. This may require an email.

Recently I used a the SFI chat and discovered that I received a response and was surprised to hear a comment that made me feel good. I was told, I found time to communicate not only with my generation 1 but also with others below.

I have also started an SFI discussion group through WhatsApp and this is where we share all our excitement, talk about what is going on and provide motivation to each other. I add new team members but before I do that, I also ask them if it is okay to add them. At the same time, I try to find out the telephone contacts of my team members so that if there is anything that they cannot ask the group, they have the option of a one-to-one with me.

Other members prefer to discuss and talk on Skype and I allow this - whatever is convenient as a tool of communication is acceptable for me.

To sum up, other additional methods are listed below but they are not necessarily personal. You can add your own depending on what suits you.

-People learn best by doing. Involve them in the training process, planning, and whatever else you can.
-Communicate clearly when teaching new affiliates. Don’t use lingo or jargon. Always speak on the same level as your audience and make sure they understand what you are saying.
-Don’t tell them what to do; instead, explain why something is important and offer your support. Adults appreciate fully understanding why they are doing something before they do it themselves or teach it to others.
-When you see people off track, try to help them understand why they are off track. Many times people get off track because they did not understand something. When you offer corrective feedback, look for the most positive way to offer your suggestions.
-When communicating with your downline, always remain upbeat and positive. Your downline feed off your energy and enthusiasm. If your downline sense you are feeling down for any reason, it will automatically bring them down as well. For the same reason, it’s advisable to avoid talking about personal problems with your downline.
-Communicate regularly. It’s important that you talk to your new affiliates partners at least every other day as you help get them started. Your goal is to make sure they are doing the activities in their daily action plan. If you don’t help them remain accountable to their goals, and Daily Action Plan no one else will.

As each of your down line affiliate is different with different aspirations; level of understanding; goals etc. it is of prime importance that you connect with them in personalized manner. This would facilitate you understanding their needs; motives and capacities better. Which in turn would help you devise right kind of strategies for them and provide relevant training and support to each individual?

Once you make them understand the various aspects of SFI and its earning potential, they can pace themselves to achieve their targets.

Further, your personalized efforts would make them feel part of the team and respond better.

Why not be honest? Always tell them what they will expect by doing different actions on SFI. If your downliners are expecting some difficulties, do not go around the problem. Explain them what the problem might be and together find the answer. Collegiality is what this business is about.

If you are going to be their sponsor, your responsibility is to be there for them. Share your e-mail with them, perhaps your profile on other social networks, where they can easily get in touch with you. That way you can get to know each other better and find a way to approach them.

On the other hand, you have Stream, PSA and CSA Mailers and a2a.

Talk to your downliners and that way you will keep them active. Always tell them the truth, how the things are working, and your affiliates will be no problem. All you will get is respect and true teammates.

• Sending messages via Stream Posts. There is no short cut as all messages forwarded via stream Posts reach all down lines when they log in as they go from tab to red tab in the to-do list they will definitely get the message.
• E-Card is the other way which motivates and encourages downlines as they feel honored.
• Leadership page Blogs. When downlines visit my leadership page they learn a lot as there is a population of useful information to enable the affiliate to grow their businesses.
• SFI Chat.If affiliate is online you can communicate and exchange ideas as if one is just on the other side of the road.
• E-mails. If downlines have confirmed their e-mails then to get your messages is without any difficulties.

For me it has been E-Cards. I think that when people get E-Cards they know that they are not getting bulk mail that is not personal.

Taking the time to send a personal E-Cards tells the recipient that they are important enough that you took the time for them.

In over 2 years I can count on 1 hand the responses received from bulk team mail. With E-Cards the results have been MUCH better.

The best form of communication I believe is live Chat because this is much faster than email. Some affiliates provide their phone number but international calling can be quite expensive. I highly suggest online chat especially using Skype because not only can you chat by text messaging you can also do Video chatting so I think this is the best way to connect with your downline.

Email: I only suggest using it when you want to send attachments such as EBooks, PDF files such as charts, Excel Spreadsheet documents etc...

For example if you won E365 and you took a picture of yourself holding a nice wooden plaque or you achieved Fast Track and you want to show the certificate to your affiliates then I strongly recommend using email and posting it on your Facebook timeline for everyone to see.

Note: Don't just brag about it by sending pictures you must also write a message in the body of the email explaining to your affiliates what E365 and Fast Track is and how they can achieve it also, and make sure you attach the link to the FT and E365 articles so the can read about it on SFI.

Host Your own Webinar live is a way that internet marketers educate their downline, for example newbies can sign up and then you show them all the places they need to start. You can go over the SFI Basics, Compensation Plan, Start Button, The To do List especially you can show them the actions with jet planes next to them. This is a good form of communication because your downline listens to you but they can also type their questions and you answer them. Then this webinar can be recorded and given to all attendees by email as a gift.

Facebook Page

For this you should have your own website because this can be used as a way to post announcements and also your downline can post questions and then you answer them so that all your downline can see. For every affiliate you recruit you send them a welcome email with a link to your website and Facebook page so they can opt in and receive newsletters and Webinar invitations, also you can give them links to Your YouTube videos Etc...

So my point is that the best online communications is a combination of Live Chat and email, so I hope I answered your question.
