First, we need a space, indoor or outdoor, in order to deliver well the message in our content. Comfortability of our attendees plays an important role.

Then, fix a date and time, also the contact person of organiser to handle all enquiries.

Spread the words around, brochures and leaflet about your coming Seminar, explain well if we do provide any gifts or will there be any fees attached.

Keeping a record of attendees particular is beneficial to build a long term

Hello Djebah

In order to set up a local meeting or seminar to recruit PSAs and PRMs, it is necessary to take some professional help and also you need some investment. So I suggest you contact 2-3 Team Leaders of your area and form a team to share the expanses.

Then ask a good Event Manager to help you organize a meeting/seminar in a Hotel (preferably a 3 star). Include a dinner or a lunch with your meeting and share the expenditure among

We are in the age of ‘webminar’ and people are more comfortable to attend the meeting at the comfort of their home and computer. Setting up a group meeting or seminars would need a little more details and attention. Official business meeting will need a very specific pre-planning arrangement such as set-up of organizing committee, fund raising committe etc (too long to give a breakdown). For network marketers it’s a different ball game altogether.

1) How will you announce

Post notices on local bulletin boards at colleges, stores, flyers on car windows, etc. Also try newspaper ads.

When you do your local advertising, get specific which group you want, PSAs or PRMs, as your focus will be different for each. I would not recommend trying to combine a meeting for both at the same time.

Try to locate your meeting in a central area, where no one has to travel overly far to arrive. Aim for about an hour long, with the ability to go a little longer

If you've got buddies working on your team, have a little get-together to brain storm. Be sure to have some refreshments and snacks handy.

You guys can help formulate ideas on recruiting PSAs and PRMs. Have them take notes on marketing techniques, advertising, pretty much whatever it takes to recruit a new affiliate or TripleClicks member. You can feed off each other's energy and come up with a plan.

If you can't meet face to face, you can communicate through Skype or E-mail.

Local seminars or meetings to me are archaic at best.....that is the old style.....the internet has solved that problem for us.

Whatever you need to show to your new prospect can be done online in the privacy of their own home, no need to get dressed and go to a meeting....

Everything you need to recruit has been done online by Mr. Carson and we just need to follow his advice and advertise everywhere you can and you will attract the prospects via your advertising.

Hope

Its not hard. It depends on your budget. If free some people will come. If we put some prizes for every participant to come to listen in the meeting. We can go to the local supermarket outside gate, movie theater outside, big gathering sports playground stadium outside talk with the people and give them our SFI cards and invite them to certain place on weekend to come and attend the meeting and we can tell them everyone will get some kind of prize to attend the meeting. Marketing needs greed factor

I would first attempt to see what the local interest was. If there were enough people in one location I would look for premises where I could set up a meeting or even a stall of some sort that would be advertising SFI and TripleClicks.

If you can get into these events for free then that would be good.

If you set up your own meeting or seminar you would need to get refreshments sorted out.
