Organise to have regular monthly meetings in your area. Put an ad in the local paper and distribute some flyers advertising the date and time of your meeting. Provide the address and your name and phone number.

Advise that this will be a regular monthly get together to help members get set up in their own business. Most importantly tell them that it is totally free and no-one is under any obligation.

Set up your garage with some tables and chairs. Organise to have

This training is for your Team Members.

Before doing anything gauge the interest of your team members first. Just simply put it out there and say to them that you are thinking of running local training sessions. Is there any interest?

Your next step will depend on the feedback you get. If there is great interest and you are going to go ahead with the training, ask your team members what they would like to be covered in the training. You want them to buy-into the idea of

Solicit feed-back from your fellow affiliates in your area about topics that they are wanting and needing to know about. Obtaining their direct comments about what he or she finds challenging or not knowing enough about will then provide you the topics that you may use to prepare training sessions for them.

If you have enough affiliates in close vicinity of you, you are in a very good position to arrange training sessions, seminars, workshops, recruitment drives and social gatherings.

A training session would be a good pace to start with your current team.

Before you structure your session you can ask your affiliates to tell you what they would like to hear or learn in a training session. If you get a lot of requests rather split it up in more than one session.
Why do I say

There are things you need to include in your invitation that can motivate you affiliates to come.

1. The topic is something that is not found on the SFI website or something that they have difficulty in doing. Most of these are on the area of internet marketing. In other words do not make the topic very elementary.

2. Make it a venue where they can also invite their prospective affiliates to sign up under them.

3. Give incentives - there will be many incentives

Dear Rev Samuel, to get your affiliates to come to your training session, you have to invite them.
In the invitation, let them know the purpose of the meeting; and a short introduction on what to expect.
Apart from the invitaion and initial preparations, the event will be colourful if properly planned.
I will summarize what you can do into two categories: Business and Fun.
Tag the training as "Training for Business Success". However, the fun aspect should come first

Greetings Rev. Samuel!

The main thing is return of investment or benefit.

If you want your affiliates to come to your local training, you must make them aware of what they will benefit for coming to your training and what they might lose for not coming.

Since you know what your training will be about. Make it clear to them what you’ll be dealing with. Explain to them what will they benefit from that training.

I don’t like giving incentives. When you
