Hello,
Rating our sponsor/co-sponsor should be based in your interaction between you and him/her..
-Did he/she ever give you guidance/help when you ask for it?
-Did he/she ever mail you about anything...like any indication that he's/she's been watching your progress on your activities/business?

Our sponsor/Up-lines are busy on running their business as well,so we should also be reasonable when asking/demanding their help.
So, Rating them really depends

The most important thing is that you should always rate your sponsor and you should always rate him/her fairly. How should you decide on what rating to give?

Firstly, you need to consider whether your sponsor has been in touch with you. If your sponsor has not been in touch at all, this has to be taken into consideration when choosing your sponsor rating. There are many reasons why your sponsor has not been in touch and perhaps he/she has a language problem. In this

Helo Sola,

In rating your sponsor appropriately i think you should consider the following yardstick outlined below:
How often does your sponsor communicate with you in a month? We are all required to send weekly mails or newsletters to our downlines weekly.Does your sponsor do that religiously?Does your sponsor even go an extra mile to provide additional communication to you?

In terms of mentoring and personal development how has your sponsor fared in this area?Has you

When it comes to rating a sponsor, it is best to use what you can measure so you can be fair. For me, communication is key so I look at how many messages were sent to me throughout the month.

If I have not received any kind of communication, I see that as being a poor sponsor so I rate my sponsor low. If I see that an effort was made and I received a couple of messages, I will give a moderate level rating. And if I received communication on a regular basis (Once per week), I rate high.

As it has already been stated, you get what you earn. If you are are a good sponsor you can expect a good rating. Now being a good sponsor doesn't necessarily mean that you pander to every situation that your affiliates face but it does mean that you set the pace by your example of leadership.

When your affiliates ask you for help then you should give it liberally and without obligation. Good sponsors offer a newsletter with tips and strategies. They regularly send team mail.

I think this one is simple.It depends with the kind support that He/She gives you.For instance if he/she is;
1)Sending you weekly news letters
2)Responding to your questions whenever you don't understand something
3)Recognizes your efforts i.e congratulates you whenever you reach targets
4)Communicates to you at any time not necessarily weekly newsletters but any time he/she feels like there is something He/She wants you to know

If does all of the above then that is

This question is very easy.

Rating our Sponsor is awarded with a 10 action vp. An action which is advisable for any teamwork. And a 10vp is the second smallest vp award besides 1vp, which we can widely find in our SFI homepage.

My Tips:
Everyone here is going to be a Sponsor right from their first month or two. By being a sponsor ourself, we will soon know that daily working with our team consists of many Downlines under us active or unactive, the same goes to our Sponsor

To give an unbiased or fair rating to your sponsor, you must be aware of the responsibilities of a sponsor.
During the first few months, the sponsor should provide necessary info to understand SFI. Unless he does that, you can certainly treat him with a lower average rating.

After about 6 months in SFI or you can say after understanding the system of business, the sponsor is around you to support you with your queries and difficulties you face. But you can not expect him to keep

A sponsor's role in SFI should not be underestimated neither should it be over-rated.

I have a first hand experience of taking my SFI business forward without any assistance from my Sponsor. However, I also realize that my downlines rely on me to provide sometimes, a direction, encouragement when things are tough, a positive feedback all the time and my ability as a Sponsor to support my team is very vital. When I did not have all this, I moved to my up-line support team member to seek

The figure of the sponsor is essential in the process of realization. His suggestions come from experience. The Sponsor has field-proven what works, did training, tested the method of work and knows the many pitfalls that you will find along the way. Sponsor inspires and leads by example.

The sponsor must have a clear goal. You can have the best marketing plan, you can be the best company in the market but unless you have clear in your head what you want you will not go very far. Always
