Just go to your Genealogy and click on the name of your affiliate team member or you can also click on their ID number. This will take you to their Affiliate Snapshot. Now scroll down and you will see the Affiliate Manager.

You can get quite a lot of information from this area, including whether they have confirmed their registration, completed their affiliate profile and whitelist e-mails. This is great information if you want to send them an e-mail as you know it is a good e-mail address

Hi Erica,

The best way to use the Affiliate Manager for your PSA and CSA Snapshot is to start off by writing a message you will want to send to your new affiliates when they join.

For Writing A Welcome Message:

1) There is a sample letter you can use by going to tips at the bottom of the Affiliate Snapshot
or going to: https://www.sfimg.com/PopUp/SampleWelcomeLetter
2) You can write you own short welcome message if you prefer.
3) Place

The first thing that you will use it for is to send your "Welcome Letter".

You will be able to see their profile from the Snapshot... their goals... and their progress. You can see all of their badges, email address, country of origin, language and a whole lot more!

The Affiliate Snapshot itself is a great tool - and that includes the Affiliate Manager. You can send e-cards to encourage, congratulate, give your affiliate a tip to help them and so on.

Once you've send the card you go to the Affiliate Manager and make a note of what you've done - example 09/05 - e-card winning MRP in DG

If you have personal communication with them via e-mail you can make a note of that - just the date and a short description.
