First of all you will be receiving an e-mail message from your sponsor welcoming you to his team and to SFI. Afterwards, your sponsor will let you know if there’s anything you would like to know about SFI. After that, they immediately notify you if you have anything you want to ask or to know. To their message containing that if you have anything you want to know, you may contact them directly to their e-mail or other social network where they have been a member (Twitter or Facebook, etc.). They will leave their e-mail contact for you to send a message to them to answer and also you can ask them anytime with regards to your query, assistance or guidance to your business. In SFI every progress you have accomplished is published to SFI New and forwarded from every sponsor down to the downline. Every accomplishment is being sent to every member of SFI.

There’s a lot of ways that your Sponsors will notice you and also they provide you guidance when they visit your ledger and found out that you are not growing. They might send you a message to that matter and there you can reply to their message and ask anything you don’t know and you don’t understand about SFI system. And when they do contact you, every instructions and information must follow. Believe me they have been there, done that also, they know the ins and outs of the system. Participate in SFI Forum like making comments of what you have gained knowledge thru your training and experience with SFI or making congratulatory and remarks to those who have just won in any of SFI/TripleClicks games. Interact with A2A friends, posting and advertising of TripleClicks product for sale at social network site where you’re Sponsor and Co-Sponsor is your friend at the said site. That they will notice you that you were working for your success as a businessman by selling and promoting SFI and TripleClicks product and other items being sold by other member where you can earn points and commissions.

A good sponsor will contact his member and provide assistance, guidance and support when needed to achieve it member’s goal. Provide suggestion for your business, the rest of the heavy lifting is in your hands now, and it’s up to you to decide what is best for your business.

Teamwork is always at hand in order to succeed. There is no problem in your business; the only problem in your business is you. If you don’t learn, you’re not growing. Getting guidance and support from your sponsor is vital of course to ensure you can make the best of your SFI business. I am in the lucky position of knowing my sponsor personally.

If making contact with your sponsor has given you no results remember that you can also approach your Co-Sponsor. You can also approach sponsors higher up in your upline (in My Acct -> My Upline). You should get a good person to keep in contact with if you're not getting the needed support from your direct sponsor.

SFI also has a lot of other members who I'm sure would be willing to help you out if you asked them nicely. You only need one or two members to be in communication with that can help you and they don't have to be your direct sponsor.

From my point of view the Sponsor is the person whom a affiliate contacts first to clarify the doubts, help and guidance in building SFI business. Now here we should always remember that every individual is different, so no one can guarantee that very sponsor is co-operative. but some of the sponsors are doing lot more than expected or doing every possible help to the down-line affiliates to build their SFI business. Salute to those Sponsors, these type of Sponsors are the backbones of SFI.

So, just approach to your Sponsor by e-mail or by team-mail with a definite commitment that you need help to move forward with SFI. The sponsor will surely help you. Moreover we new comer/new affiliates must also be serious about that commitment we have made. All the affiliates should login daily, complete daily to-do list,weekly and monthly actions, all possible ways to get a VP. By doing this you can show your seriousness to your sponsor. Meantime your sponsor ,may be also monitoring that you are becoming serious.

If you are doing your all duties with SFI seriously,focused on your goal and then also you are not getting any kind of help/guidance from your Sponsor then kindly submit a ticket to support.

This is a very good question. Now the first thing you must know is that there is no Mr. Know all. Everyone is a learner, no one ever graduate from learning. The more you learn the better you become.

So, as soon as you register, sfi introduces your sponsor to you and as well contact your sponsor about you. They send your sponsor E-mail Address to you.

1.So, the first way to let him notice you and provide guidance for you is that you should write to him and ask for guidance in the area where you are having challenges. And i believe as an awesome sponsor he/she will respond promptly.

2. Do not keep silence about what you don't know or the challenges confronting you in this business. You cannot too much.

3.Then your zeal towards your given assignment will also serve as encouragement and great motivation to your sponsor to render assistant. Your performance will make you standout of many.

A good question deserved a very simple good answer. If you really want to be an exceptional among your sponsor team? If you really want your sponsor to notice you? If you desire your sponsor guidance? Then there is one thing you need to do.

Do you remember one of the rules of success in SFI "work with the workers". Definitely every wise sponsor will have more time with the few workers than millions of inactive affiliates.

Now who are the workers? It's definitely the 'Movers'. The one thin you need doing to get the attention and guidance of your sponsor is to remain active and work harder to always be among the workers. Let your name constantly remain in his Movers tab.

Your sponsor need to take the VP in Movers tab everyday, so definitely he will go through that tab before taking the VP. While doing that, your sponsor will notice your progress and make effort to boost your effort because he already know that your success is attached to his success.

I believe you have every right to be guided by your sponsor. After all he is the person after whom you have come to SFI.

On your part you should do the following......

1. Be punctual in logging in daily and complete your actions regularly.

2. Read the information at the site and ask questions, seek help.

3. Follow the actions of the sponsor and be ready to copy him.

4. Keep committed to the business you have started.

At first I thought that where is the need for anything special to get attention of the sponsor or getting guidance. But then looking to the large size of the teams, it becomes imperative. I hope this will be helpful to you.

"How do I get my sponsor to notice me and provide guidance?"

You can get your sponsor's attention by showing your dedication and commitment to building your business. Logging in daily and completing your tasks. Collecting your valuable AVP's and SVP's. If you are doing this, you will be on your Sponsor's Movers Tab.

Now, at this point it is up to your Sponsor on whether or not he/she is going to provide guidance. They may or may not contact you providing the guidance. My hope is that if you contact your Sponsor, he/she will reply back to you. If this is not the case, then I would definitely go to the rest of your Upline Leaders and Co-Sponsor.

An individual cannot depend solely on getting guidance from their upline. Some team leaders are great at giving support and encouragement, others are not so great. So, definitely use the forum and ASK SC just as you have done. Also, don't forget about your A2A friends.

In my opinion, a good Sponsor/Team Leader will provide the guidance and encouragement without a team member having to ask for help. Always reply back to a team member when they are seeking help. Always let your team mates know when they are doing a great job.

Also, you should be able to contact your sponsor. He will not bite you. Just click on the tab MY ACCT and choose MY Upline. Here you'll find informations not only about your sponsor, but of your entire upline. If your sponsor is no longer active, you can contact anyone on the list and ask for help. Each of them will be happy to help you.

There is no shame to ask. There is no shame to ask for help.

It is unfortunate you were assigned an unresponsive sponsor. It is not your job to revive your sponsor.

I would recommend the following steps to solve your problem

1. Try communicating with your co-sponsor, they are also available to help you. If that does not work go to step 2.

2. Go to https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/upline and select a person from your upline to help you.

If these steps don’t help submit a support ticket and request a new sponsor. State your problem and the steps you have taken.

It is possible your sponsor is not fluent in your language and is intimidated by this. It takes patients by both parties to use a translator when communicating. I would request a sponsor from my own country / language group if you decide to make the request.

It is not SFI intent to make getting help difficult. I am currently helping an A2A friend who has two unresponsive sponsors. There is someone who will be happy to help you.
