Hi,
if you know that you will be assigned a job and you already know how to do it, do it. When your sponsor will call you to tell you to carry out the task, you can answer that they have done, thereby demonstrating a certain vision, a feature not too common. In general, it is better that it is a task already performed previously and not something new, and as such is subject to interpretation and, moreover, could not have precise treatment protocols or reference. Get noticed by the sponsor does

In my 13 months here, i have yet to talk to my sponsor, although I have sent several messages to him over the months before. I talked to my upline team leaders, and all of them responded.
It is up to your sponsor to initiate and maintain contact with their team, even though they do not have any impact on what you do. Only guidance, which I missed would have been helpful. When you first join, your sponsor should try to get in touch with you, as I do with my team

I am answering as a sponsor. I add my email address to my team mail with the invitation to ask questions. If anyone on my team wants attention, please let them know .... I love it when they do ask; it tells me I am not leading in a vacuum. My movers seem to be the ones who communicate the most. Perhaps that is why they are movers.

Hi Paul.

What i did was sent email , about updates to how i am doing,. it started with hopefully active psa. but as now i have more active csa's then i psa's.
if i cant get response, i do a quick search in forum or ask ask sc tabs. then i pass info on to fellow affiliates. psa or csa. Or asking fellow A2A friends.

This is my 15th month now here., reading and learning as stated when starting up.

SFI provides you with a list of your upline. I recommend that you contact your sponsor first and then continue contacting persons further up the list until you get a positive response. No need to worry or blame those who don't respond. Simply keep going up the chain until you get the response you want. Good luck.

Dear Paul,

Every time You sign into your SFI account , in the upper right corner, under Your name and number of VersaPoints,in the third line, write the name of Your sponsors and behind the names are the yallow stars.

Clicking on the name of sponsors You get the window for the contact. There is possible, directly, to enter Your question or via Your E-Mail prowider to write to his/her E-Mail.

I hope that this answer was helpful.
