How do you lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything?

Always learning,reading taking notes, and here is what i have done, i have sent couple of sample letters to my sponsor to check. Came back with last one that was good example.
The reason i did this was to see if my psa (csa) would see it the way it was sent.
And even sent sent it to my PSA to use.( editable)
How do I get my sponsor to notice me and provide guidance?

Hi Paul.
What i did was sent email , about updates to how i am doing,. it started with hopefully active psa. but as now i have more active csa's then i psa's.
if i cant get response, i do a quick search in forum or ask ask sc tabs. then i pass info on to fellow affiliates. psa or csa. Or asking fellow A2A friends.
This is my 15th month now here., reading and learning as stated when starting up.
