Hi Oliver!

Having a good Sponsor and Co-Sponsor is very important, especially when you are new at SFI. Everything that SFI puts in this program is very important. Even SFI says "Your SPONSOR is the person in your upline most responsible for your support. Therefore, when you have questions, we strongly encourage you to ALWAYS contact your Sponsor first." That is why SFI added a Co-Sponsor to help your Sponsor because their duty is very important.

SFI has also added the Ask SC and the forum to help affiliates. This two tools are good to help affiliates but they are not as good as a good Sponsor. Even if the Ask SC and the Forum can help you, they have boundaries. They don't have enough information about you and they can't see your performance on your VP Ledger. From them you get many answers/tips to chose from, which might confuse you as a new affiliate. Other answers gives you lot of different links.

Your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor has information about you and can see your ledger. S/he will give you relevant help, tips and/or links. Can give you TCredits, certificates and or reassign affiliates to help you build your business.

Due to our payment options. You might lose your rank and your active CSAs. Your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor is the only person who can rescue there.

Although your success depends on you. Your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor plays a very important role in your success. You can succeed without them, but you will lose lot of things (like E365, fast track, etc.) on your way to success without them.

How important is a good sponsor or co-sponsor?
When we all start out here we are on information overload.

It is so important to hear from your sponsor within
the first 24. hrs.

Make a list of what they should do the first 3 days and promise
to get back to them with more information.Then do it.

We want them to do the To Do List,know what links/gateways to advertise,
and they need advice to get to 1500 v.p.

Remind them to go to the Community Forums and ask specific questions.It is open 24/7.

Keep in mind you are looking for your best five.So my advice is no gifts till end of the month, then only as needed.

Sponsors who keep an eye on the new affiliates, will keep them from leaving the third month.

A Sponsor and Co Sponsor are your tour guides in the SFI affiliate center, they point you to the Basics and show you the to do list in order for you to know where to work from to get the highest points possible everyday.

When you first signed up how did you feel? Did you know exactly where to begin or did your Sponsor have to tell you? See where I am going? Most people are lost they wander around the affiliate center without understanding what they are looking at so that is why a Sponsor is crucial because a tour Guide tells you how this program works.

Did you read the Rules of Success? If not then you should because being a good Sponsor and Co Sponsor is one of the rules mentioned because you only succeed when your affiliates do. So if your Sponsor and Co sponsor want to succeed it is their duty to teach and point out the way.

When you walk in a dark room you can't see where you are going so you need to have a flashlight ???? to keep you from stumbling and to allow you to see if you are on the right path.

This is very important to bear in mind: A sponsor can only show you the path and guide you by showing you the right direction but you must walk on your own two feet! You cannot expect them to carry you on their back like a sack of potatoes ???? this means that if you want to succeed you have to do the work of reading,studying and doing the activities that are on your to do list, a Sponsor can only teach you how but will not do this for you.

How important? I'd suggest it is preferable to have a good sponsor but not essential. Your sponsor is the first point of call for assistance and information, but not the only source? It is more important to find someone in your upline who will respond to your inquiries in a timely manner. Establish that relationship and maintain it. Of course you could always search the information you require through the forum or ask SC as you have done with this question. What I love about SAFI is many people respond to the question and you can choose which response fits best for you. Good luck.

Having good sponsor and co-sponsor is like having a good father and a good mentor at the same time. Since most new affiliates are in quite a hurry to get to the topmost level, they never bother to study all the awesome packages for beginners and it is the duty of both their sponsor and co-sponsor to guide, counsel, encourage and motivate them.
A good sponsor knows the importance of duplication and teaches his team to do so likewise a good co-sponsor. The bottom line is this "to be a good sponsor and co-sponsor, you need good ones too".

No doubt your sponsor / co-sponsor is/are interested in building their own business, and it is in their interest that you are also building your team.

Good sponsor / co-sponsor would be able to know how are your team building going on, and they can and would assign some of their affiliates to you once in a while to strengthen your team.

This business require you to focus on marketing so that you could get new affiliates and good sponsor / co-sponsor would not hesitate to teach you this valuable knowledge for free.

So, even if this business is not progressing well as you would want it to be, at least you will be able to learn internet marketing and it can be applied in any other business that you may want to undertake in the future.

The help of the co-sponsor is not sufficiently valued.
I would not be here if it was not for my co-sponsor.
My first sponsor was missing. He did not contact me a single time. After a few months he opted out.
All the help I needed came from my co-sponsor.
My advice to co-sponsors is to treat their CSAs as if they were PSAs. If they don´t need the help they will not take any notice, but many may need it.

Sponsor is here to introduce you with SFI business. To show you how to do your tasks on TO DO list and to learn you how to earn money. He/ she can help you in different ways, teaching you, help you with building your team, solve problems with you, warn you when you make mistakes, etc. But the most important is that you need to show willingness to learn and work. Sponsor or co-sponsor is here to help you but you must do all the work. You can make success even without sponsor or co-sponsor but it is slower and harder.
