How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

The simplest answer is that you have to earn your salary each month. Watch these minimum 1500 points as the norm that you have to accomplish each month, as well as in any other company. It would not be fair to others or to the SFI if necessary to exert 1500 points only the first month , and after you do not have to do anything. Resetting our points to zero we all have equal opportunity to achieve the best we can every next month.

I love everything about SFI, but I would say that the most important thing is that SFI gives the same opportunity to everyone. It does not matter whether you're a beginner or have you been in business for years, we all start with zero every month, and it's all up to us. SFI provides the same possibilities for everyone and gives us all the same awards for our efforts. The only difference between affiliates is whether they are workers or not and accordingly to that get their earnings. It is global, and people from all over the world can do this, no matter of education, language, social status etc.

There are many ways, one for sure is through SFI mailer and chat. Maybe, the best way to communicate with your downline is via social networks and via email. On Facebook or other social network, you use the most, you can make your own group just for your downline. Than you can daily publish all you need to tell your members and to commend any success they make. It's a very effective and a good way to encourage your members to do their best. What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

I have the same problem. Especially when it comes to Ask SC and Survey Response. They find that it is a waste of time and do not do these tasks.
I'm trying to explain to them the importance of daily tasks by telling them that it is a minimum of 360 VP per month which are very important at the end of the month when you have to reach, or confirm the status.
Also, maybe even better explanation is that the SFI account is is the same as their offline business where they come every day and have an obligation to do some tasks, no matter how insignificant they seem to be.
In any case, those who take this job seriously, they will not have a problem to spend 15 minutes a day to do the all tasks.

What is the best way to organize and track your activity with SFI (daily, weekly, monthly)?

The best way is to track your TO DO list (or VP Ledger) where it's shown how many points you earn every day. Also you can see how many points you have earned that day on scoreboard tab. It shows you how much action and sales points you have and how much do you need until the next status.
Read your mail every day, you'll get notifications whenever you get some prize or achieve status, and also you get all the news regarding SFI business.
How do I get my sponsor to notice me and provide guidance?

Your sponsor should contact you as soon as he /she noticed your registration and offer help. You should answer immediately and let know you want to work. When you work everyday, do your to do list, sponsor will notice you for sure. He/she needs to introduce you with rules and to to show you how to work. You should promote auctions to your team, but you need to give them some tips for wining and warn them that they have equal chances to lose and to win. You should also tell them that some items can't be shipped to some countries. Personally, I like the auctions, because you can get very valuable products at very low prices.
