The best way to use your Leadership Page to motivate and inspire your team is to describe your positive and negative comments on your work in SFI. It is necessary to remind them on errors, which ourselves have done, that our team members would not make the same mistakes.

If there work is good ..for expl. make EA2 status you get a reward for that..For BTL status get reward for that too..simply people like to be rewarded for there efforts..Sfi do that all the time..thats what sposors should do too..
