For new things you have found for them to learn, brush up on, or new ways
to advertise or just keep them in the loop of things.
Add to their training, and so on.

Also use the means to keep them up to date the TM on the movers page!
But use the E Mail because one can put so much more into them as well as
Being more personal, plus most times in E Mails the links are high light so

Leadership page tells a lot about you. When you meet someone, for instance, the first impression you give them determines how they are likely to relate with and reveals a lot of your characteristics.
Same way, in SFI you don't may not meet physically with your team but your leadership page does some communication, thus its importance :
Make sure you include all they need - motivation, recommendations. The point is, let what you write be directed to your team.

Our team will motivate if taken seriously, his work and constant touch with your team and therefore the procedures show the team how much we care about their success. SFI is a company which can succeed only strong team. Individuals making slow progress but a strong team can advance faster and make more money. I would compare it with a strong community worker bees. SFI Leadership Page is a great place to direct members of your team and motivate them with inspirational posts. The first thing they see is your picture and your message. Be careful about choosing both of them - these two will present your attitude towards this business. Do not hesitate to change either of them it you think you can present a better picture or a message which is more motivating than a previous one. If English is not your mother tongue, make sure you prepare a good translation of the message you want to present.
The second thing you have to be very careful about is your blog. Make sure you fill it with useful things, such as directions what to do during the first, second and third month in SFI, because these three are crucial for anybody who has just become a part of this company. Pay attention to the fact that what you write in your blog has to be in line with the badges you own - you cannot urge your team to have a Standing Order unless you have one, and this can be seen among your badges. If you are not sure what to write about, go to Leadership Pages of your upline and see what they have written. Pay attention to updates - an active leader will update his or her leadership page from time to time. Copy and paste inspirational texts you find on the Internet, but always name the author - this will show your team that it is very important to read and learn.
The last, but not least - pay special attention to the part "I recommend". List all products and services you think will be useful to your team. Leadership page is the first place an affiliate looks for guidance. So it should be a sign board to an affiliate how to do things, should give him confidence to move forward to build his own business.

You should inspire the team by showing the way how you did to achieve your current position, so that your affiliates will follow you and make success in the SFI business. Write a positive blog about your experience at SFI. That does not mean you can not blog about mistakes and problems - you can blog about it but always say how you fixed it or what you learned from it.

You can post the websites that you found where you had success advertising,
Post tips for advertising and marketing.
You can recommend products, sites.
You can acknowledge your affiliates achievements on your leadership page.
You can post competitions or challenges for your team - with the rules set out and the rewards they can get or the prizes they can win.

Try to make your page as interesting and exciting as possible - it should be a page your team enjoys, where they learn from you, where they get to know you. They can send a message there and ask questions - if it is a question that others might have too you can answer it right there on your page. Use your page to entertain, support, train and encourage.
