Thanks for this question.

First of all, let's try to understand SFI Rules of Success:

1. Become & Remain an EA every month;
2. Develop 5 Strong & Active PSAs;
3. Help them to repeat the above.

If we follow these continuously, we will certainly build a successful business.

But is it that much simpler & easier? Honestly, Not.

Through ads. I received more than 300 Sign Ups about 7 months ago. None logged in till now.

Alvin;

I don't budget my participation in SFI in terms of how many persons I need to sponsor because the odds of finding good affiliates are not so easily predictable. Suppose the chances of finding an active affiliate in a PSA togo package might be 1-25 then you could need one 50 pack per month to have 2 being active. But either one or both of those could become inactive after 1 month.

You might have better success with an affiliate you've sponsored yourself or attracted personally

You can sponsor as many affiliates as possible,but the question is how many of them are active monthly? SFI recommendation is for you to have 5 active affiliates who will go ahead and duplicate your efforts in multiple generations as the case may be.

You may sponsor 50 affiliates in a month and realize that not even one of them is active.This also brings to the front burner the source of getting affiliates because i feel certain sources of sponsoring affiliates are more effective in the

"How many affiliates do I need to sponsor each month to build a successful business?"

In my opinion; it's not how many you sponsor, it's the quality of your team members that you sponsor.

To put a monthly number to this would be very difficult. You could have 1 team member that is dedicated out of 10 or it could be 1 out of 100.

If you are providing your team members with ample guidance, advice and encouragement then you are doing your due diligence. At

Asking about how many affiliate one can sponsor each month, how about how much do you want your income to be by the end of the month?

I believe one of the Launch pad says "there is no ceiling to how much you can make with SFI". If so I believe every month I have to sponsor as many as possible to first build my team and then have a successful business.

You need to know that the larger the active affiliates you have the more successful you business will be. You shouldn't

Technically 1 affiliate a month who is actively trying to build an SFI business and does what you do and whose downlines follow suit, would be sufficient. After 12 months you would have 77 affiliates qualifying EA2 or better going down 12 levels and 1 EA on level 1. This would generate enough VP to make you and at least 5 first line affiliates, Platinum team Leaders, thus making you a Diamond Team Leader.

This is technically possible but to achieve this, statistically you would need to

This reminds me of the SFI Rules of success, Rule no.4 “Work with the workers” see www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSWorkWithWorkers. If we read it, it would be clearly understood that it is not the numbers (Quantity) that would determine your success rather the Quality.

Having said so, the continuity in sponsoring affiliates each month would provide you the opportunity to find the quality in affiliates that is desired to grow and make your business successful.

Any number would be less

Being enrolled in an Internet Marketing company as an affiliate you will soon realize that the only way to be truly successful is to have a strong team of affiliates on your front line (1st level).

This in turn means you will need to be actively sponsoring (enrolling) new people and training them to become leaders that are building up their own strong team of affiliates.

With the marketing plan SFI has it is recommended to have at least 5 affiliates on your

In answering your question, I would like to clarify what can be considered a successful business. Would you consider your SFI business successful when it generates a significant, full-time income? Are you in this mindset? It is important to know what your mindset does in regards to building a successful business.

Your perception determines the way you do business. Your mindset determines your business mission, its vision, your business culture and your work ethics. Why did you start a

Hi Alvin!

For anyone who has been enough time in SFI, your question will be immediately suggested in his head the keyword you've omitted: "active". But for a newcomer or someone who has not yet clear how the system works, the truth is that your approach leads to a common confusion: members and active members aren't the same.

That said, and went on, I will proceed with my answer to your question. Quoting you:
