Everyone of your downline can be a superstar. In my opinion, you don't have to identify them, they will identify themselves. I treat all my downline the same. Some may become superstars immediately while others may not shine for several months.
If I tried to identify "superstars" and treated them differently, I would miss some. So I suggest treating all downline the same, let the superstars shine on their own, and be available to answer questions to help all who need it.

You will easily recognize the stars in your topic -They every day on the job, not absent .Learning, reading, trying to do everything themselves can advertise, real teams .Go to invest in the company, they very early become leaders, they are excellent sponsors.That people are real pearls.
To be a superstar you must be a leader. We know that leaders are readers. So give your team a test. Provide them with a document to read and invite them to contact you to discuss how you can use the information to improve your businesses. The ones who respond will be your potential superstars.
Its that simple. But remember, this is a test for you also. Have you read thee document so that you can give intelligent input to the followup conversation?

In less than a month, I can say that I have successfully completed many tasks that SFI search and sets all of us. Among the new members of your team you recognize future stars by the work which they invest in this business. "Work with workers" is one of the rules of the SFI. If the new members repent with instructions for getting started, you want them welcome and help you offer, then it is all for start, because you can not do the business for them. Future star will take advantage and start wtih work at once.
