Hello Dorothy, there is no specific way to identify future superstar in SFI among your downlines.
This is because you may see some of your affiliates so active this month, and the next few months they are nowhere to be found. What we need is just continuous follow-up and effective communication to our downlines. A superstar is only born when you can see it happen. Ofcourse, success in SFI is a glaring achievement that cannot be hidden. Being a superstar has to do with the strength of our effort. In all human endeavours there are efforts and there are results, and the strength of the effort is the measure of the results we get. However, few achievement you see in your affiliates can point to the fact that superstars are being unveiled:

1. His/her duplication potential - new referrals.
2. The affiliate is always on your movers list every time; meaning he is an active affiliate.
3. Active participation in all aspect of the business Forum, Ask Sc, Games, Auctions etc.
4. Always ask questions on things not clear to him/her through contacting the upline leaders; participate in forum; ASK SC etc
5. Yearning for training and new business tools discovery.
6. How long has the affiliate being a member and the leadership status? Leaders are earners, so they tend to stay.
7. Achievement so far: Has proof of having explored all avenue to make money in the business to his/her advantage (badges won).
8. The level of the affiliates investments in the business; S-Builder Co-op to build the business.
9. An individual with a passion for his/her business.
10. Finally, dedication, hardwork and unremitting devotion are key identifier.

Hi Dorothy,

The ways how you could identify your downlines to be supertars in SFI are following opinions:

1. You see them in your Movers tab daily,
2. they are religiously doing the To-do-List task daily,
3. they are sponsoring,
4. you see them in the facebook or other media posting SFI or TripleClicks ads,
5. they are purchasing something in the Tripleclicks store to maintain their monthly VPs
requirement,
6. they duplicate theirselves,
7. they are active in other activities of SFI and Tripleclicks,
8. they are self-efficient,
9. they are self-motivated. No need of hard push.

And the very important thing is that, if they achieve the highest TEAM LEADERs' rank.

It’s quite interesting question.

Identifying the superstar amongst a team is quite easy and it will need some analytical work. A person who is ambitious and keep work ethics will ways be punctual and sincere in his every-day life. If you keep an analytical note on your PSAs’ work, you will see that a really interested PSA always adhering the following principles :

1. Strictly following SFI Rules and Regulations
2. Will read and implement all LAUNCHPAD training lessons
3. Login every day with SFI and attempt all daily chores and obtain easy Versa Points and ultimately become Executive Affiliate.
4. He always follows his Upline advises and keep duplicating
5. He use to ask questions on various marketing aids etc..
6. Propagating SFI working principles among his friends and relatives and keep adding new affiliates under his folder.
7. Trying to attain new leadership qualities
8. Put Standing Order option for keeping his Executive Affiliate status.
9. Attempt All EZ games and Pricebenders Auctions as much as possible.

So any PSA of your Team keeping above working principle, definitely he will be the Superstar in SFI.

Actually, I don't know how possible this really is. I've had PSA's who really rock it for a month or two then suddenly disappear. Conversely I've also had PSA's who have been dormant for months or years then suddenly appeared and really rose to the top. In fact, I've done this myself.

You would obviously identify a PSA who is working the program as one with the possibility to be a superstar and provide all the support possible to see if he or she will realize this.

I think the best you can do is work with what you have - for those PSA's who are actually working the program, you would provide encouragement and for those who are simply a name in your genealogy you would provide encouragement. You really never know who will shine.

A final thought - you could propose a challenge to your PSA's - something requiring that he/she would reveal their goals (maybe an essay type of contest). Of those who respond you may be able to determine someone - or even more than one - with the potential to be a star based on the answers to this question.

Looking at your down line members VP Ledger would be a good place to start. From here you will be able to ascertain if they are doing their To Do List daily, if they are using the forum regularly, if they are participating in any of the Eager Zebra games and Pricebenders auctions, downloading music etc. as well as if they have a 1500 VP standing order. Are they receiving VPs for support of EA 2s in their down line

Another indication is their home page. From the badges did they achieve Gold Fast Track membership. Are they paid by Payoneer and do they subscribe to S-Builder. What's their position Overall, in their Country and in their Class.

The above will give you a fairly good indication just how active they are. The more active they are and the more they partake in all of SFIs activities the more likely they will become superstars.

Yes, this is a very interesting question where we can assess our down line as well as ourselves..

For me this is what I am looking for in my down line:
* those who log in daily and do all their task daily, weekly, monthly, intermediate, getting started action and all other action...even at least to do what they can.
* who send commitment letter to their up line.
*Who ask questions to their sponsor even in forum or through help desk
* Who participate in forum
* Who does all it takes to be successful...even with little means they have.
* Who are determined to succeed.

If any of your affiliates are all these and if their VP Ledger is up to date for the day, week, month and those who have received their maximum of versa points for the month these are the superstars.
Who are willing to go an extra mile who do not look left or right but who has a goal set and a focus determined to reach these are the superstars. Those who don't care about those who are up front or far behind but is taking a course on his own setting up examples and following examples of those who have gone far ahead of him/her to reach the great heights that he/she is capable of. And those that are setting greater goals as one is achieved.

These are the superstars a possibility for all of us. A dream that has to be achieved. Dream big sky is the limit.

Great examples are the leaders at SFI President Gery Carson and many more who have received their badges of bronze, silver, gold, platinum and diamond and success at SFI.

All those who are determined to gain on all these. The potential superstars are those who have this determination to follow the footsteps of the SFI superstars and who remain no matter what and never quit and never go looking for business somewhere else. Those who stay put and develop and work their business at SFI!

To me that answer is very easy - I believe you can not "write off" any of your affiliates. I believe in staying and acting positive and to give people an open-minded individual chance to proof themselves. I do not judge by looking at what I see only.

As far as I am concerned every single affiliate on my team is a potential super star. The fact that they signed up is enough for me to give them the benefit of the doubt. My weekly newsletters goes out to every PSA and every CSA on my team as if they are already stars. Should one of my inactive members suddenly start showing life again I immediately acknowledge it - acknowledgement might be all they need to start getting serious.

My energy and personal attention and one on one help and encouragement I reserve for my movers - whether they have 5 or 500 VP. I hope and believe they all know they are important to me as an individual. I treat them with the same respect as I want to be treated. I see and treat them as if they are Superstars already.

Do a little research and you will see examples of musicians, writers, business men, people from all walks of life that was turned down or not given a chance, proved themselves as superstars in their field. How will you feel if one of your affiliates become the highest earner in the history of SFI and you never gave him or her the time of the day?

Your high flyers and superstars will have expectations which they will want to fulfill with or without your support, and as they progress in the direction of their dream life;

They will show up as fast starters and consistent performers.

They show up in your MOVERS' TAB in green and their VP Ledgers will be full.

They will post sales and Versa Points in your SCOREBOARD.

They will show up in ASK SC and the FORUM as noteworthy contributors.

They will show up in LEADERBOARDS.

They will explode your GENEALOGY with new Affiliates and Versa Points.

You will find them on social media networks and on Google and others' search results spreading the word.

You will find them on Traffic Exchange networks promoting their gateways.

You will find them collecting recognition badges, one after the other.

Overall, they will want to ensure consistent alignment of their actions with their mission for joining SFI. This is how I identify superstars in my downline. I monitor them.

If you have superstars in your down line; they are self motivated. They will emerge by themselves even if no one gives the a hand up! I have realized that most of us that are actively engaged with SFI, and working through the ranks, are not dependent on our sponsors. In fact, most don't even expect much help from the up line (of course when such help comes along, it's much appreciated).

So, be on the look out for anyone that quickly racks up VPs, sets up a standing order and starts signing up new PSAs within three months or less after joining. That's a superstar in the making.

Also, check out the forums and Ask SC to see who among your down line is participating. If you find them at the forums or Ask SC, then that means they have locked into SFI's most advanced knowledge bank. They are superstars just about to emerge.

Also, if you have affiliates that keep asking you to recommend the best places to advertise SFI, these are also superstars in the making.

Kindly note that you could have superstars in the making that will not go active until a certain period has passed (maybe even years after joining). These are internet marketing newbies who are currently reading everything about internet marketing that they can lay their hands on. These are diamonds in the rough; and soon once they fully grasp the immense opportunity that SFI offers, and once they have fully 'trained' themselves, they will be some of the best superstars in your team.

To identify them, you've to understand first what makes a superstar and the characteristics that they possess.
Superstars create a niche for themselves in their field. They stand out. They are go getters. Men and women of principles, vision and goals and these are what you should look for. So how do you know them?
1. They are consistent Executives and Team Leaders. They are here to stay.
2. They are active and committed. They are part of your Movers, your workers.
3. They are team builders.
4. They participate in all activities in the business.
5. They are SFI Contributors. They ask questions and they give answers in the Forum and Ask Sc thereby adding to the knowledge base of the business.
6. They earn cool badges eg Forum Guru, Top Author, Leadership Challenge Contest Winners. Badges are the yardstick of how an affiliate is successful and what he/she has attained so far. You can't ignore this because it is what shows you how active and committed your downliners are to the business. If your downliner has 40 badges, you know what that means, that means he/she is a super superstar. A successful affiliate.
7. They are teachers and duplicators.
8. They utilize the training kit that SFI has provided to grow their business. They have become experts in the business via learning and teach their members to do the same.
9. They work without no incentive or reward from sponsor/ upline leaders. They do their business without being encouraged to do so. They do so because they know it is their business and if it is to succeed, it is up to them.
